It's a vibrant and pleasant restaurant. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. Even though our order was misplaced and we waited, we were happy with the quality of the food, overall experience that we will be back. It was a new experience for our 2 daughters who also enjoyed it there is a play area which was of benefit.

Booked a table for an event online in the private function room, everything went well and very attentive staff. Good value and delicious food. Happy for us to bring out own cake for a celebration and the kids play area is always a hit. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back again

Amazing hotpot. Very flavourful broth, fresh ingredients. A favourite with the kids due to the awesome kids playground at the back. Staff here are very attentive and well organised.

The Hotpot Guy is an incredible place to go and eat. I went with two other people and we sat in the separate hotpot area as I am vegetarian. There are so many food options and all of the broths were delicious. It is excellently priced for the quality of food and service here! 10/10 will go again

We came here as a group with four kids. The kids loved the play equipment. The staff were super friendly, polite and efficient. Loved the sauce station!

Hotpot was amazing! We had the laksa and chicken soup, both were delicious. I love how the pot is so deep, we could cook lots at one time. The play area is great, my son had so much fun. Only minor gripe, the chairs are quite bulky so there isn't much space in between tables- it was a bit of a squeeze. Service was so prompt after the initial short wait to be seated (even though I had a reservation.) overall I loved the meal, and had a good time with my family. Thank you Hotpot Guy!

The atmosphere was amazing even for my little girl. The music was soft and not overwhelming. The staff were friendly and bubbly. For a new restaurant its something that will become our favourite.

Incredible customer service! One particular waitress was so very helpful and without me saying anything let me know the broth I’d chose had spice so cooking the kids dumpling in it would make them Spicy. She then offered that they cook the dumplings in the kitchen. Doesn’t sound like much but she solved a problem I didn’t even think of. My 5 & 7 yr old said “it’s the best restaurant ever” because of the playground. The food was absolutely delicious as well and we had so much fun cooking our own hot pots.

The food quality was top-notch. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful, making each bite a delight. The variety of broths and dipping sauces added a unique touch, catering to different taste preferences.

The man that served us did an excellent job and made sure we had everything we needed.

Plenty of food and good assortment. Fried rice was yummy too. Would recommend all the soups except for the chilli broth, it is just too much and you can’t taste anything you put in it. But everything else was excellent.

The food was great, but we didn't really know how to order, so ordered way too much. One pot would feed 3 to 4 people easy.

Our food came out without us having received our broth. Our entrees arrived after our main course finally got to the table. Our food arrived 1.5hrs after we ordered. Not all the hotplates worked on our table so we had to split our party to another table. The menu was never explained to us and the waiter was unable to explain it. After having to wait for so long we were unable to serve our birthday cake as everyone had to leave. And for our inconvenience $12.30 was taken off our bill
