Service was quick as usual and if we didn't have any good on our tables staff were quick ask if everything is ok and did we need anything

It was very easy to book our table, making our dining experience better.

Service was great Good was average I asked for a take away container for the food my son had as he is a slow eater and only had one piece of the plate of karate chicken so we could eat it at home. I was denied. I can see both sides of the story as people over to take food home, but this is not the case in our point.

It’s Very busy night, wait for more than ten minutes to get seated. It’s very smoky where we seated. The taste of the food in general is very good, and service was good too.

Food and service were great! Our table was very wobbly and the soy sauce dispenser was broken and made a bit of a mess on the table.

Very quick service. Was the first time I have used the app to order the food, so a tip for the future is to order the wasabi and pickled ginger first on your order, as the food is delivered in exactly the order it is submitted electronically. With the wasabi being well down on the actual menu, if you order it when you would naturally come to it on the list, you will be getting it after you have finished your entrees and mains. So not really a complaint as such, just a procedural problem.

We ordered 3 large sushi / sashimi and only 1 small one came. Had to ask 5 times for the other 2 before they came and then hot mains started coming before that the entrees. Very long waits for everything. Staff were very friendly and kind but waits and meals coming out of order was disappointing and spoiled the experience.

Great welcoming and customer service when we arrived at the restaurant and the food was delivered to the table not long after we ordered. The staff were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Definitely will be back.

Was a little noisy, but it was mother's day so of course there was going to be a lot of people, they bunched us up all into the same area which probably contributed to it being so loud. But the food was good, they also had placed a blue rose for mother's day on the table. The service ladies were all very lovely, kind and even asked about food allergies and provided a guide on what was gluten free, but also warned there is no guarantees of cross contamination due to the nature of the kitchen. Definitely will be going back!
