Very enjoyable night. Helped by the really large table of young men who were enjoying themselves too.

Food took a long time to arrive, and some didn’t arrive at all. It was tasty though, in the staff were nice.

Food was incredible. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and chilled maybe not your place. Lights were way too bright, very plain with no plants or decor to absorb noise so very noisy and under staffed. But the food was delish and staff were friendly. I will Uber eats next time.

The food was great. No complaints at all. It really was good value. I would say that there is very little atmosphere and noise levels were awful. we had trouble even hearing the guy trying to explain how things worked. We had one in our group with dietary requirements and these were met well.

Some Food did arrive over 40mins wait, despite reminding our waitstaff. Was a Saturday night so maybe we will come another night to see improvement on arrival of our food

We have dined here many times, but tonight was a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the restaurant packed and they eere working reslly really hard. But the quality of the food and timely elivery was not up to the usual standards. Fried foods were cold (takoyaki, spring rolls etc.) Steal dishes were cool as if they had been waiting for service for a while, some orders were missed and the staff had to chase up. Out forst less than awesome experience, so i hope this was a tough service for the team which is usually awesome!

I am a long term Okami fans. I have been to different Okami restaurants in Sydney. I took my friend at Sutherland one today, serving was very quick, food was fresh and delicious. I am coming again bringing other friends in two weeks’ time.

The was staff shortages, two lovely young ladies to serve in house customers, provide take a way to outside deliveries, clean up after patrons finished their meals, reset tables, welcome new guests and take them to their tables and explain the new iPad ‘s ordering system. Take payment from patrons who had finished their meals. The machine accepting cash was not functioning properly so credit cards had t be used. We had orders not processed, ne entree order took an hour to be delivered, I debt know what the problem was there. Through all this the waitress who served us kept smiling and doing her best in difficult circumstances.

We had several missing items, remaining food was late. Printer didn't work, cash register didn't work, had to pay by card and got charged 1.5% for it, also had to pay 15% PH surcharge even though they were understaffed and could not service their clients at an acceptable standard. We will not be returning.
