Okami – Niddrie

The last 2 time I visited the food portion and quality was a lot better . This time the portions were very small and quality was very poor

We were disappointed at the timing of the food coming out. We were a big group and some people waited ages for their food. The order of food is also disappointing, entrees coming out after mains. It has been much better previously.

Food was great but with 5 people all ordering through the QR code we were losing track of who ordered what. Service was fantastic and very friendly.

The food is good,nice and fresh.However the service made my experience to end to this answer regard my overall experience.We order drinks,the orange juice for my little daughter come almost to the end of the meal.I ordered a second beer that never came. I suggest they should divide the restaurant in section so waiters can look after the customers better and not having 6 or 7 different people serving the same table.Anyway is not my first visit and won't be the last,however the service need a lot of improvements.

The staff were great and food was very quick arriving at the table. The food is amazing . This was my third visit and I love it. Going back again for sure.

First thing we noticed was the Q Code method of ordering the meals. Wasn't confident at first but it worked really well and sped the process up. The response time was very good and the food was top quality, as usual. We look forward to our next outing.

Food quality dropped off a little but still great value for money, was on a weekend so maybe they were just really busy.

Found the food not as fresh as it's other restaurant locations.

The food was good, however we were not happy with the timing. We arrived at 8.15pm as our booking, and the staff asked me to have my last order at 9pm (where it’s showed online when I made the booking that 9.30pm is the last order). 45 mins for an all you can eat is not ok.

QR code was so much better and food came out extremely quickly!! Service was great and food was delicious !!
