The food was delicious and reasonable price. Service was poor staff was more interested in cleaning than servicing at the bar.

Roast beef was lovely...potatoes were precooked sometime last week, carrots and beans were microwaved for I feel a couple of seconds...atmosphere was good...

Have previously visited and again not disappointed . Well done

Had a birthday group of 8 and everyone’s meal was really good. Great portions. Good value for money.

My pork was tough. Didn’t think the meal was value for money

Made a booking for 630 as it was really busy on a Saturday night. Bar stuff can’t do enough for you. Espresso martini bought to the table because it takes a little bit longer than standing at the bar requires. The food staff were great and the timing of the meals from entree to main course was good. Food was excellent. Will be going back again.!

The only problem with Hanks is that so many people have figured out how good it is that it is extremely busy. Food is great, and service is excellent considering how many patrons turn up. The staff deserve credit for how hard they work.

Amazing chocolate cake haha. Hank was very friendly and so were the rest of the staff there. Had a sing at karaoke which is always great fun haha

We waited one and a quarter hours for our meal. I ordered the beef schnitzel and it was incredibly dry and over cooked. The chips were clearly from the bottom of the bag. I was disappointed as I had heard Hanks was good value and the food was good.

Really busy day at Hanks, staff were under the pump, could've done with maybe 2 more staff. Which is surprising for amount of tables that were reserved, management were obviously aware hours before the work day started they were going to be very busy. Did feel for the staff being put under pressure. In saying that, our meals were really nice, steak a little tough, flavours and salad grand. 2 chicken dishes well liked also. Wait time for food a bit long but understandable with amount of guests and staffing.

Everyone, there was 10 of us, and i am pretty sure evryones plate was empty. To me that says it all. So thank you.

It was a last minute decision to head out to lunch on father's day already knowing places would be busy. Got a booking with Quandoo for Hank's Place and while the staff were a little unsure at first a table was found quickly and we chose what we wanted to eat. We've dined here before and were aware it's not table service. Meals and drinks ordered we sat back & waited for our food. Chatter & noise was higher than usual as it was a busy lunch time. While we waited a little longer than normal we were happy with the food we were served and will return
