Reserved table had someone else sitting at it. Food was very average.

Longer than average wait for meals to come out. Some of the meals were good but the grilled snapper was undercooked & dry & the garlic prawns had way too much garlic (& I love garlic). Staff were nice though

We had the Sunday roast and didn’t book until 1pm so food not very hot. Plenty of food and tasty.

Fun and great place was a little loud as it was father's day. Other than that great experience.

Very happy with our meal. We e had Hanks pizza, muscles and ribs. The staff were very accommodating. The only future request I would have is the option of a larger serve of muscle.

Had a party of 4 our meals took a long time to come out but the staff were very busy as there was a quiz on that was great fun. Food was delicious especially the steak sandwich and pork belly

Shandy drink at more than $10 is not good, Please don't charge full price for a drink that is 50% non-alcohol (and therefore 'alcohol tax' free).

I had requested a table out of the way as we had our 94 year old father with us and wanted to be somewhat tucked away so that he could hear the conversation around the table. But they didn't even bother with that and sat us right near the bar with tables all around us, so they don't bother looking at requests when you book. We have eaten here a few times previously and the food has always been good, but today we all went for the Sunday roast, which was lamb, but the meat was really tough, my sister in law couldn't eat any of it and took it home for her dogs along with some off of everyones plates. Not a particularly enjoyable meal.

As usual the food was great, will definitely be back :-)

Pizza was great. Wedges were yummy. Steak and prawns great. Chips barely warm. Warm Mediterranean Salad was unfortunately luke warm and went cold quick. Thats our only complaint. Cold veges aren't great. Wouldn't order that again.

Unfortunately we chose a Wednesday night for a catch up and it was quite noisy due to some sport being played on the TV so it was hard to hear each other as some patrons were very enthusiastic about their team! But the food was good and we would go again!

Waited over an hour and a half for our meals to come! Last ones eating when we ordered before many tables and by then the karaoke had started and it was extremely loud. Overall a very unpleasant night.

Well priced meals & drinks & cheap specials. Could have done with 1 more person behind the bar. Seemed a bit short on staff, but we enjoyed ourselves there.

Food was great. Service good considering how many people were there. I visit from Wollongong to see my sister & her family & I love going to Hanks while Im here.

Long wait which I understand as it was a busy night. Firstly they messed up my table which I had reserved, all food was great except my steak sandwich which at first came out with tomato on it after I requested no tomato then when it came back it was stone cold, steak was cold, bacon was cold just not good. I am not one to send food back especially when the rest of my table were enjoying their food. Normally I absolutely love Hank’s but I did not enjoy it tonight

Squid crumb was very well done, looked burnt. Sliders had to much mayo. Chilli mussels were ok but beef & beer pie was delicious

I am a regular at Hanks and was very disappointed with the service. and the staff not taking our criticism very well. I did recommend Hanks to them.

The smell from the drain near the kitchen smelt like a shitty nappy. It was not a present experience, other than that service lick always good and the food was nice as always.
