Excellent service from our greeting on arrival to when we left. Unobtrusive attention to take our orders. Meals were prompt and delicious. Would be happy to recommend. 😊

Friendly staff and great food. Nice and casual atmosphere. Service was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure my daughter had a great birthday dinner.

Gino’s always has great food coupled with excellent service. The great atmosphere has not changed for as long as I can remember and I am getting old now

Great food and atmosphere ruined by poor to nonexistent service. No plates or cutlery until requested, meals for the table did not arrive together or in some instances at all, over 1 hour wait for mains, obviously harassed wait staff [? understaffed for a busy restaurant full of customers]. The whole experience was laughable. No apology for missing meals and no offer of a comp when the bill was paid. Just continue to use this restaurant for take-aways.

Beautiful food, did not have to wait long at all. The place has that amazing smell of authentic Italian cooking when you walk through the door. Can’t wait to go back

It was a very long wait time to be served and for our food to arrive. 1 item never arrived at all. Food was not as nice as it usually is. A very disappointing experience.

Great food, good service and reasonable prices with own parking, a reminder of the past when restaurants made you feel welcome. Perhaps some music, be it live or if too expensive, recorded would add to the ambiance.

We eat here often and the food is lovely and value for money. Last night was a little noisy which we had not experienced before.

Food was great, service was good although one waitress was struggling due to language barrier but maybe it was her first day so wouldn’t mark them down on that. Atmosphere was great for Valentine’s Day and the tiramisu was delicious

We had a table of ten booked for Gino's on Saturday night 20th Jan 2017. Staff quickly offered us three seating options and made us feel welcome. This small "family" style restaurant filled to capacity very quickly and we found it very hard to hear conversations within our own table. Some inconsiderate diners think their voices must be broadcast over the whole restaurant. This is not Gino's fault!! Food and service delivery was slow but we could see the staff were trying to provide everyone with assistance, again no problems there. Food; value was reasonable but the overall experience of true Italian food was not there. Again I will say there were super busy but delivering good food is paramount these days.

Gorgeous meal as always, got a takeaway as well. No problem having leftovers boxed up to take home. Will definitely be eating again there soon.

Great food always consistent relaxed atmosphere love this place. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian food.Still one of our most favourite places to eat in Brisbane
