A family favourite.. relaxed Italian restaurant. Can't wait to go back soon.

The restaurant looked as if it was being renovated ?? However it was clean and the wait staff were friendly and efficient, especially the bottle of water and glasses delivered to our table immediately seating. Our food was delivered quite quickly and was tasty. we were offered boxes to take home leftovers ( at no cost ). Would recommend it as a lovely friendly Italian eatery.

This is the Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to. The food is delicious and tastes so authentic. Their Lasagnes are to die for!

Beautiful itialian in a family friendly relaxed setting. Service was wonderful and all food was cooked to perfection.

This place has always been great! Great service, quick and delicious food. Value for money. I hadn't been since I was a kid, took my wife there tonight. The atmosphere is just how I remembered it to be. We had a reservation at 5pm, arrived a bit earlier. Plenty of parking out the back, and we were openly greeted at 4.40pm, the kitchen was prepping but turned all the lights and music on. We were served right away. Thanks for the stellar service, will be returning soon!

The food was exceptional and the waiter service very helpful and pleasant. The layout of the venue means that takeaway collections are adjacent to the sit down eating area and impinge on the experience because of the crowd of numbers. Probably cannot be overcome unless there is a major renovation. Still the food was superb.

We have been going to Gino;s for years. We have never been served a bad meal . The food is hot and plenty of it.

A perfect night at Gino's with my family. The food was tasty and the service was polite and fast. We all enjoyed our evening and will return to this special restaurant. :)

Having not visited for a while - I was part of a work group and introduced my colleagues to the restaurant. One colleague had the cheesecake for dessert and it was still frozen. Overall very good and will definitely return

Pasta was to small for what we paid. Was nice but small sevre for main meal will not go back there. Overpriced for pasta.

Okay, story time... Picture it. Valentine’s Day, 2020. I book a table at what I thought was a cute Italian restaurant. Needless to say, my date and I were left hungry for more, Literally. After taking our order down twice, they still forgot to bring out our entrees. The mains were okay! However, even booking a table prior to arrival did not reduce our waiting time to be seated. The cherry on top of that? We had a private show of a staff member having a mental breakdown. That was the best part of the meal. I end this memoir on a positive note, as the restaurant was more than happy to take the entrees off our bill. In the future I would most likely not come back, but A+ for effort though. Went here for Valentine’s Day. Long wait which was expected, but the 15 minute difference between main meals only after me going and complaining. Then for the carbonara you arrive and basically be scrambled eggs with cream and uncooked pasta. I also had uncooked pasta in my meal. Constant complaints from customers all night overall very bad experience

It would’ve been a 6, the food was great, the waiter was great, all that was needed was service with a little smile :) Very attentive and good at his job Just needed a little smile 😊
