Our pizza was burnt and we waited a very long time for our meals. Certainly not the usual standard. A disappointing visit.

I guess we worked out why most patrons were eating pizza. 3 out of 4 pasta dishes we ordered were very lacklustre.

We walked in the smell of food got you excited. That's where it ended. Obviously not a good night for us to attend as it was the faulty towers all over!! Definitely not going back....

Parking was a little difficult. Meals were nice but wait staff a bit inattentive

Everyone was quite happy my seafood pizza was a bit salty.

Unfortunately the wrong meal was ordered causing a delay. Recommended.

3 Different wait staff to take drink orders. First 1 took order & never came back. 2nd one said the 1st went home sick but he obviously knew about to order but it never arrived. then a 3rd water appeared not knowing our table had already placed drink orders.We then saw the 1st waiter clearing tables! Wife's mixer drink arrived with no straw & no offer of a straw. Had to flag down a water for more drinks. Cleared empty tables nearby of plates whilst ignoring us. 4 people at table, 7 minute gap between when first main arrived to the 4th arriving.

Enjoyed the Pizza and Pasta, Great Service, I have already returned.

Busy...and seemed to wait ages to be served. Pizza was burnt. The other meals were ok. Disappointing visit.

Pretty pricey for what is effectively pub food - and the decor is a bit lacklustre. Looks like a "before" renovation shot on Kitchen Nightmares.

haven't been for a number of years and that is our big mistake will be back more frequently !

Relaxed casual atmosphere. The pizzas are really good. Great old fashioned Italian food. Great for the kids.

Great food as always. We have been going to Gino;s for over 20 years. We have never had an average meal yet.

Good food - service a bit off - probably because of NYs Eve

The food was really good (improved since our last visit a couple of years ago). All the staff were lovely and friendly. Our mains were around $25 (veal dishes) so great value. The kids enjoyed their meals too. A great casual place for a family dinner.

A quick stop family eat venue for Pasta & Pizza I felt it was a nlittle less homely than usual

Previous times we have had good experiences. This time the service was really slow, we accept we had a big group, a few of the meals came out much later, one was cold and another had a hair in it. The seating was good as we were off to the side away from most of the patrons and our main waiter, young fellow with blonde-ish curly hair was excellent. Being able to split the bill when paying was very convenient.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, however because of all the road work parking can be a bi t of an issue . We will return

Get food and service. Food is served piping hot and lots of it. We have being going there for years and never been let down yet.

It was okay, took a long time to take our drink and food order. Mains came out before the bread. Pasta was okay. Happy we had the entertainment book voucher to get one meal free. Cheesy garlic bread was nice.

Terrible food turned up cold. Disgusting. Not 100%. Sure it was Gino’s or UBER eats fault. Will never go. Here again.

The service was terrible and the staff of which there were not enough, need training. We had to call staff to our table for service. Not even offered drinks when we arrived. Should offer better Scotch whiskey option than Johnny Walker Red. Bar staff didnt know what a Roman coffee is in an Italian restaurant! Certainly not the brilliant place it was just a few years ago when the owners were hands on. The food was good but overall very disappointing. The menu no longer has salt and pepper calamari, or tartufo, we were disappointed. New toilet arrangement is better.

Love Gino's ❤ been going there for 35 years and won't stop
