Our taste buds went to heaven there, so nice, lovely staff
Good authentic Japanese food, well priced. Staff were also very attentive.
Unfortunately we were sat next to a table of very rowdy people, but that can happen anywhere, as always the food was wonderful
Great food and service. Whole family loved the experience .
Enjoyed every minute As we were eating early , 6.30pm there were a number of families with young children that were slightly noisy

We have been to Y14 many times. The food is always excellent but the service is very hit & miss. Tonight was very poor, had to ask twice for plates to be cleared and staff were still not prompt. Some staff looked as though they really didn’t want to be there. Given how expensive it is, I’m not sure that I would rush back.

Japanese food quality ok. We prefer Japanese Inn for good taste and Ken Japanese for finer good Japanese food.

Poor value for money. We ordered Stir fried beef - $26 for 3 paper thin peices of beef. No thanks Calamari was chewy and not coated very well. Edamame beans, chips and king fish sashimi were great. Sorry all, won’t be coming back
