Great food and great service. No wonder everyone recommends whiskey boy when asked ‘who does the best steaks in Noosa’.

Fantastic food with a great location on the river perfect for any occasion

Tuesday special good value, a small but adequate piece of fillet (more medium than medium rare as ordered, but still good). Jus in the wee bottle very delicious! Fries good. Salad leaves just that, maybe one more slivered veg apart from the teeny radish garnish would have made it look less like a handful out of a bag! Not too noisy and good service too thanks.

My favourite place to visit at Noosaville on holidays! Beautiful steak with the whisky jus. Friendly and great atmosphere.

Steak special offer seems great, however, quality of meat mediocre. Sauce thin and not much taste. Salad average.

The steak was amazingly good, the barramundi was good too, though having the mint in the Salsa Verde may upset a few traditionalists. Decor was comfortable and homely, like a beach holiday house + club like library vibe. Service was pleasant and attentive.

4 adults had the Eye fillet and 1 adult had the braised lamb. We enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Food was excellent and service was fantastic.

Fun, open, friendly and perfectly located. Highly recommend this lovely place - particularly is whiskey or gin is your thing, or even if it isn't.

Booked @6:30 Sunday night; delighted to find no wait and no crowd! Outdoor dining was enjoyable with a pleasant view of the water. Fillet steak with whiskey butter was well priced (compared to Melbourne) and served with fresh green salad and twice cooked fries. A huge hit with my friend. My Moroccan lamb was served with sweet potato mashed into hummous, spiced with harissa, lemon and pomegranate syrup. Seriously delicious! Look for Whiskey Boy when next in Noosa.

Disappointing all round. Food was bland, waiter seemed bored and not engaging. Its a whisky bar, so I expected that he would tell us about the whisky options etc but he didn't. No real atmosphere. Cant recommend

You guys made my 80th birthday dinner a memorable experience. Everything went perfectly. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. Your two lovely young ladies really made our night, with their vibrant personalities. Our compliments also to the chef, who cooked my rare eye fillet steak, and my wife's freshly caught mackerel, to perfection! See you again next time we are in town 😀.
