Takoyaki was served cold. Wagyu ramen dish was bland and plain. Drinks were served well after all meals were finished. Most menu items were bizarrely not available. Very disappointing for bringing people here for the first time as a special event.

7pm on a Saturday night and about every 2nd thing we tried to order was out of stock! Even a gin & tonic was out of sock/ And they were not busy, no wonder. Seems to me all they care about is the Karaoke section after dining. Shame because it is a lovely, themed decor. Staff were lovely not their fault about stock.

Most of the food are sold out or not available. However the food that we managed to order are quite good.

Food is amazing, everything come very fast, and shabu shabu is valuable!
