Vorea Polaris

The venue itself was fine, but the service was not great. After waiting at our table for at least 30 minutes, we had not received a jug of water or any recognition for that matter. The waitress was too busy socializing at the counter, and there were only 4 other tables occupied at the time, so the place was not busy at all. I went up to the counter thinking it might be that sort of place. I was told it was in fact table service and that someone would come round. Once the waitress attended, she seemed disinterested and not so welcoming. Seems more like a takeaway coffee venue rather than a sit down lunch place, hence the average rating.

This is a good local cafe in Bundoora. The food and coffee were both good value, and the service was friendly.

Thursday night is Parma night and Vorea never disappoints. Huge selection, great price and fantastic food, couldn’t ask for more.

The food was good quality and reasonably priced, but my steak sandwich had a very thin piece of meat and was not seasoned enough, and the saganaki cheese did not come with the sauce described on the menu. My partner was happy with his linguine marinara

After booking online, getting a confirmation and then a reminder 2 days before the date. Vorea did not receive my booking. The manager was so rude about it, virtually saying too bad it’s not on my system. So there went Father’s Day breakfast. I won’t be returning to there ever again.

Food and service good not over priced. Only negative a bit loud

Service was non existent. 30 minutes after seating we had to wave to the waiter for attention. Another 30 minutes after finishing our meal to order coffee, again only after we waved to the waiter for attention. Once we ordered food and coffee were delivered quickly.
