Delicious food and the waiters know and understand what they are serving. Great place and well priced. Came and enjoy.

We had a great evening, great service, food was good and a reasonable wine list, will be visiting again

The food was simply perfect. A hidden gem. We sat outside by the phone booth and ate the most amazing 5 ⭐️ meal - such a contrast but such delight. Lovely attentive & friendly staff too. Highly recommend for something honest, real and unexpected.

Today's special of quaill, wrapped in prochetta with a truffle stuffing, served on a bed of chestnut puree with wilted kale and jus, accompanied by two fine noodle wrapped quaill legs was amazing. I hope the kitchen has many more available for tonight's dinner service.

Each plate was so beautiful. Flavours were great. Unfortunately couldn't afford to do this type of dining very often.

The service was great, waiters very friendly. For starters we had the Arancini, Duck Pâté and the Scallops all very delicious. Then for Mains we had the Ravioli Caprese, Lamb Shoulder Casserole and the Quail. Very delicious as well. The Cocktails were nice as well. Dessert was delicious as well, we had The Chocolate Lovers. Would definitely recommend coming here 5 Stars from us.

great atmosphere and vibe / setting . food was okay

Look, it’s not bad, but it’s not really good. The food was ok, and some was good. Service seriously average - if you’re charging $20+ for entrees and $38/40 for mains, then someone should be sorting my cutlery from the outset, and while you’re at it make an attempt at some personalisation. Didn’t hate it but really not likely to go back.

Waiter spilt drink on guest before our meals where ordered and didn’t change our table or offer to relocate us to a clean and dry table . Waiters reaching across guests to clear plates is rude ! Food was great and drinks where very tasty not as professional as I would expect but overall was good

Had not been to vines for over 12 months due to covid as i am from Rockhampton. Changes are obvious but what draws you to the Vine is the quality of the food and its presentation. I will say it was not overly busy but as always a wonderful experience of fine food and wine. Always leaves the taste for when we have an opportunity to return. Thanks for setting the bench mark

Excellent service, friendly owner and staff, delicious food and wine. We chose the vegetarian options - ravioli with goat's cheese and gnocchi with truffle, both delicious. And the tiramisu was one of the best I have had.

would've been nice to have some ambient music playing in the background. Towards the end of the night we could hear a very faint tune, but not sure if it had just started playing then or was too quite to hear throughout the evening.

We had a great night, and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. It was a bit noisy but I think everyone was excited to be out enjoying themselves. Will go again love this restaurant.
