We had a birthday celebration at Veggie Bar. We had booked a table for 6:30 for a group of 9. The service was not very friendly, in fact, we found it quite rude. We understand the restaurant was busy but that's really no excuse for rude service. We then had to wait for our food to arrive for at least an hour, by which time we were starving! We are regulars at The Veggie Bar and were disappointed to have had this experience. It's not usually this bad.

The waiter was very helpful. Food fine, mee goreng huge! Not happy about being told would be charged $3/person to consume pre-made birthday cake when we were spending over $400!

Great service...excellent veg food incl pizzas...choc royale and love cake were amazing...what a way to finish a great meal.

Food and service was good. The restaurant is always busy so service can sometimes be slowish and food can also take some time to come out.

Fabulous service by Luke, fabulous food and great company. It was our family Christmas dinner and one that will be remembered. I Been going to the vegie bar for 30 years and it’s never disappointed. Well done vegie bar!

Food was very tasty and they have a good range of really interesting vegan dishes! The ambience is great as well, clean, well lit, and has a good space for groups. Highly recommend it.

My meal was great but the burrito dish a couple of friends had was apparently not the right mix of tastes. The main issue was the service. The friend who arrived first had a really bad experience, staff were quite rude and asked her multiple times about the table, which she had no information on . I was not told about the cake surcharge beforehand, despite putting a comment on the booking. Not fussed about extra costs and understand it was super busy on a Sat evening, but don’t think the treatment that a couple of my friends got was justified by this.

Cool looking place. delicious healthy as food. great prices. drinks a bit expensive though. too loud. music upstairs was a weird mix of things. too hot upstairs. didnt ask us if we needed anything else like more drinks etc.

Love Vegie Bar!!! Never had a bad meal there. Love that they’ve gone vegan. Great service, serving sizes and not over priced. If i had to complain about anything it would be that the seating was a bit squished in on my table. Otherwise love it there and will continue going back!

Had a quite a large group and booked the night before, they were extremely friendly over the phone and had delicious food and service. Highly recommend.

Third time dining at Vegie Bar, food was great as usual! There was 7 of us and we had 1 vegan guest and 1 vego guest, but the other guests were very surprised with how the food tasted amazing being plant based! We had a great time and service was on point! Will definitely be back again!

Booked for a special occasion (birthday) and nobody told me we would be divided into two different tables. Days before the party I called to organize the birthday cake and I received a terrible customer service, having to pay $ 70 for the cake I asked if it was possible to have some information about the cake (which to type of cake was etc ..) the person with whom I have spoke on the phone told me to check the Instagram page and closed the call while I was finishing talking. Super rude! I will certainly not return to that restaurant!

hard to get the attention of staff. rarely check in to see if you need anything, mostly have to get their attention if you require anything. Staff are friendly enough.

Fantastic food. Quick service. But the music was too loud. Serving size of entrees was too small for the price. I.e one samosa?! Need more of a break between entree and main being served. They arrived one on top of the other.

The waiters were awesome and made my son very happy with the birthday song and candles. Awesome experience with both wonderful food and people.
