The Spinnaker

Really nice food but we waited over an hour for it to arrive. There were many customers but queues for drinks were long. Service was pretty good and a couple of team members engaged and were welcoming. A couple of others were under the pump and it showed.

Meal was terrific and restaurant was full with chance to win with raffles.

We had great meals and service with a smile, thank you 😊

Chilli seafood fettuccine had no chilli just tasted like mixed with a can of tomatoes Beef Bourgogne was full of herbs not enough red wine flavour

Waited over an hour for our dinners for the lady to get our number wrong when we finally got our meal it was on bench for 5 mins -10 mins it was cold. Never going there again n that was our first time

We were seated in the area I requested online , away from the bar and noisy kids in the outside dining area . No complaints apart from I couldn't eat it all , best Parma's in town .

It was packed to the rafters but they still served fabulous meals in a respectable time frame.

Stood at the bar waiting patiently to be served, then another person came after me and stood beside me and the bar tender served him before me. I felt invisible! Whilst the food was good, and the place was busy, I understood we would be waiting, but our meals took over an hour to get to our table and I thought this was too long. 30 to 40 mins I could understand. Although the staff were friendly.

The square table was only just the right size for the four of us and our meals. It would be easier to order using a QR code at the table, that’d reduce waiting times.

Just good honest food at a very reasonable price that doesn’t leave you looking for a kebab afterwards.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. We all enjoyed our lunch.

Shame the wait for food was so long. Otherwise would have been an enjoyable evening.

Staff were so lovely considering how busy it was. The gnocci was lovely but the schnitzel was overcooked and a bit burnt so went uneaten. be nice if they could have fans outside but overall its a nice place to go to.

Was lovely, it was very busy but wait time was pretty good considering, maybe a extra on the bar would have helped.

We put in two orders for our table the last order cam first and we had to wait an extra 15 mins so they finished by the time we got our food. Do not order anything crumbed- the crumb is gluggy and greasy. Electric door needs a air curtain

Lovely outside sitting area, food wait times were very quick and good taste. queue wait time was a bit long but didn’t mind that, was very busy so it is understandable. overall enjoyed the dining

After waiting 40 minutes for our meal, we approached staff and it arrived but had to be returned, chicken tarragon was inedible. Was replaced by a chicken schnitzel which was very nice however the overall evening was ruined by this experience. Nobody wants to complain, you pay for a nice meal and expect one. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately they completely stuffed up our order, very disappointing as we had been looking forward to trying their breakfast menu

It has a lovely ocean view and I would go back maybe no Sunday. There was a Sunday raffle and too noisy and crowded to enjoy quiet lunch.

First impression with sour lady at front desk - no smile, rude when I said we had booking and not helpful. It was first time going there so didn't know how it worked and when I asked if we could have table inside she said if you can find one just take it. When I booked online it only said outside and didn't give another option. Ordered mocktail and cocktail and were given buzzer, waited but buzzer never went off but for at least 15 minutes I saw 2 drinks on bar so I went to see if they may be ours. Turns out they couldn't remember if they gave us buzzer then they were unsure if mocktail was actually a mocktail for my 15 year old daughter. I understood that they were busy and it was great that they let us know there was a 45 - 60 minute wait. But when our mains came out we asked where our entree's were they apologized and brought them straight out. That was the first and last time we will ever go to Spinnaker's.

They struggle with any sort of busyness and the pumpkin fettuccine we couldn’t take the pumpkin. Otherwise it was a nice place to go for dinner

It took over an hour to receive our meals. Once we finically received our meals, we were very happy with the quality of the meals.

Overall fantastic restaurant with a amazing beach front view. Stunning

We had booked for 7:30am breakfast and the place was not opened until 7:40am. 3 other guests left because the place was not open at the specified time. You need to be sharper as you are loosing business!

Wonderful as always.been going there for years and will continue to do so

Waiting time for food was abit excessive at 1 hr 15 mins but venue was very busy being school holidays, food was great value for money once received and service very good.
