Our mealsl were delicious and represented what we ordered. Though I was jealous when my friend got her lamb shank. Staff friendly. Table by the fire was cosy.
Our booking was not in the system (even though i had a confirmation email). We had to wait 45 mins to get a table and then 45 mins to get served. A 7:45 booking with 5 primary aged children and we got our meals served at 9:20. Admittedly we got a free garlic bread and 3 free beers and the staff were apologetic and polite.
Very well looked after our waitress Maggie gave us exceptional service lovely young lady all meals good although fish a little bit dry all good will return
Fantastic meals and attentive service! It’s the second time we have dined at The Red Lion and it’s been a consistently good experience. The staff are all wonderful and the food spot on. Steak cooked to perfection. :)
