Really nice setting. Staff were very helpful. Coeliac can dine here with the same choices as usual. On the evening we were there the staff were aware of the preparation requirements.

It was a good experience. Cocktails are always good and food was lovely. Venue was nice the area we were in wasn’t too noisey

It was average, staff was slow to start with, my friend asked what the sauce was on the pork and prawns and she had no idea. Flies where bad had one in my drink but overall it was ok

A busy night saw food delays of 40 minutes each course .

The food was yummy . The drinks were very yummy .

We had to wait over an hour for our food, when we finally received it, the food was cold. Had to stop the waitress more than once to ask for refills as she did not come to us to see if we needed any at all. I think we shall not return here for awhile, or at least til after COVID-19 restriction are over.

Small portions of food and it was not too cheap. I had the Parmagiana and it was lukewarm and there were hardly any chips.

Always have a pleasant experience at The Principal. Friendly staff and haven't had an issue with the food yet. Although serving sizes are massive but this time we had a strategy and cut the burger in half to take home for later :-) Just a thought maybe a half size bun as an option for those adults that aren't big eaters.

My schnitzel was a good size but dry and overcooked and quite tastless which was disappointing. The venue was very nice and we could easily have a conversation without really loud music hindering it.

Everyone loved time spent there overall. Will visit again for sure.

Nice service and friendly staff. The food was great and didn't have to wait long.

The service was shocking. Felt like the staff was anoyyed at us for some reason. Wasn't served on at all. HAD to call upon them. I work in hospo and it's not that hard to act nice to customers.

The food and service was fabulous. My only criticism is that it was freezing cold! It was a very chilly night and not much warmer inside.

Great place to have a meal with family or friends all the meals we had were yummy the only complaint would be that the meals were to big for a few of us being seniors and a seniors meal would be a great option to add to the menu.Excellence service and a great atmosphere.
