The Meat & Wine Co - Barangaroo

Very disappointing experience as this restaurant was one of my favourites. Firstly when we got there to a near empty restaurant we asked the waitress to please put us at a bigger table as we knew in our group the food wouldn’t fit on the one table and we were told yes it will. Then the food finally came almost a hour later and the mains came out before the entrees!!! And site enough the food didn’t fit on the table so they had to move us. By the time we were moved the food was cold and it was a very disappointing experience and we paid over $750 for just three people. Will not be returning to that restaurant again!!!

Always great and consistently so! Great lunch had by all.

We enjoyed the food and felt very welcome. There was no rush for us to leave.

Good position at Barangaroo easy access by ferry or foot, food and staff all very good.

Food was superb - just cooked right but didn't have our first choice of meal which was the 1.1 kilo tomahawk.

Two of us chose the bbq steak with prawns. The steak was fine but the prawns were small and as they had not been pealed they were difficult to peal and eat.

Lovely night, food, service, wine all great. One suggestion - some light background music may have added a more casual vibe.

Love going to Meat Wine & Co, atmosphere is nice and the food is amazing. Would love for the ribs to be halal. This is our go to date night restaurant and it always is amazing.

Overall very please with the dinning experance. Thanks for the parking option, but was hard to find and access. Followed by a confusing walk to find the restaurant.
