Both food and service was great. Very reasonably priced as well👍🏼
Great service, traditional Indian cuisine very testy hot and spicy very delicious.
Enjoyed Food and service including settings for a small get together with friends.
Was below average food won’t be returning again. Busy but food had no taste.
The food and service was good. However it was a little too warm inside the restaurant as the air conditioner did not seem to be working well.
Enjoyed the food and ambience. Well worth a visit. Recommended
Great food at affordable prices. Highly recommended to one and all.
The food was lovely. It was a busy holiday Monday. In the circumstances, service was okay.
The service for 10 people was friendly, & food was served in a timely manner. The menu had a great variety of dishes to select from, with dishes being a very good size and delicious, at a very good price. Dining area is massive, with plenty of room between tables, was nice to have round tables for large groups. Will definitely be back, and would not hesitate to recommend.
Attentive service and authentic Indian food. Absolutely loved the crispness of the Dosa. It’s gluten free and a huge serving accompanied with sauces which were flavourful and not too spicy. Will definitely come again. One other plus factor is that dining at this Restaurent also earns Qantas Frequent Flyer points if booked under the Qantas Restaurants booking page.
Staff were very helpful and efficient. Food was very tasty. Serves quite generous especially thr starters.
Good food. We wanted dry Manchuria balls but in general very good.
Food was good but service was very sloppy and they didn't look like they even had a table reserved for our booking. Took a while for us to get a seat and then even longer to get certain food dishes - I think we timed 15 minutes to get a pre-ordered dish swapped to a takeaway.
Food is good, service is very slow. Waited over 40 minutes for food. Busy Father’s Day but they could benefit from more systems and efficiency
This was at Riverton. There were eight orders, and one was forgotten till the seven of us had finished eating, and then it arrived after reminding the servers.
Considering it was Father's Day and the restaurant staff were really busy, the service and food was still great. It was a little noisy as there were about 100 or so people there. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime.
Thank you for our afternoon tea! Good family restaurant !
We were looking forward to the lamb/chicken briyani but at 11am, there was none left. 4 of us ended up with pratha and lamb/chicken curry. Lamb curry was very good but we preferred the pratha the fluffier doughy style and not the thinner crisp style. The other person had the South Indian Combo where the combo given was pretty good. Problem was there was not enough curry as the idli is dry. Very disappointed with the teh tarik and the masala chai which was very watered down.
This would be a great place to visit if it had a seperate function room. With a function happening it was impossible to carry on a conversation without shouting. The food was great and the service excellent pity about the inconsideration for all patrons
Loved the food at the very reasonable prices. Nice to have great Indian food nearby. Keep up the good work Richard
Food was awesome! Fast for the kids, and lovely presented and tasting food! Will definitely be going back!
Always great food when we come here. A good neighbourhood find.
Good experience regarding food, environment, noise, service and overall quality.
Tasty food. Could have more wait persons for better service.
Tasty and quick! Large variety of options, and friendly staff
Went there for a quick lunch. The masala tea was authentic and perfect but everything else was pretty ordinary. Had the masala dosa which was dry and the large chunks of potato in the filling wasn't fully cooked. The tomato chutney was not tasty and the sambar was watery and tasteless. However, the coconut chutney was good. Service was polite and prompt. Perhaps other items on the menu taste better.
Food was awesome ,I got the chicken masala with steamed rice, the wife loved hers and the daughter had a vegetarian meal,we were all very happy with the quality of the food plus it was very well priced. We will be back
Really enjoyed our dinner Dishes full of flavor Service was excellent It’s a busy cafe - which is great but with the high ceilings the noise level becomes quite high.
Delicious, authentic Indian food. Chicken in the curries were perfectly cooked. Probably could improve on the ambiance to make it more warm and inviting. Would definitely return and recommend.
This is our go to place when we are craving affordable and authentic Indian food. Loved their garlic naan and goat curry. We rarely order vegetarian dishes when we go out but the dishes here are very good even the kids really enjoyed it. Nice causal experience and a good place for great catchup with friends
Service wasn’t the best, food was average. The dosas could have been better. The Dahi wada was inedible and the dahi puri was not up to standard.
Food absolutely lovely , good quick service , very casual dining , will be returning soon , Popadums a bit stale , but other than that 9/10
It was very noisy and we were brought the wrong entrée but the Waitress was very apologetic and told us we could have it free of charge if we wanted. The food was ok but I have tasted better Indian food and a lot of the dishes seem to be mainly vegetarian.
Wonderful food , good selection and delicious. Great range of vegetarian food. Very authentic. Good size portions and well priced. Will definitely go again .
very helpful staff, explaining the dishes which came out promptly. Very b usy even for a thursday night with lots of Indian families so the food must be good. They have wonderful Indian desserts and cakes and also takeaway. A good night out.
We had a great lunch at The Kauphy Place. Enjoyed the Masala Dosas, Chicken Curry & Parathas, Byriani for mains. We had Ras Malai for desert. All the dishes were authentic.
Good place and descent food. Choices of the food available are good and prices are reasonable. Sure to refer to my friends. Good service specially.
Good food friendly staff. The menu on the table bit confusing at first but the staff is very helpful. A bit under staff I would think.
The Kauphy place has a wide variety of dishes, and they all are reasonably priced and tasty as well. The only thing lacking would be the ambience, found it a bit too crowdy when we went and not enough staff to serve.
Authentic southern Indian cuisine. Chicken Briyani was full of flavour
Loved the food! It’s the closest to home we’ve had in Perth. Service is good although still seem to be finding their feet. Worth it.
good menu and service with lovely Indian desserts. No corkage which is a bonus and the Sagwalla was very tender. Staff explain the dishes and now have a tablet with photos of all the dishes. You can be as quick or as relaxed as you like enjoying your meals.
It's great that they open early for breakfast. Place is spacious and clean. Dosai was good but Parantha not so much, it was heavy and a bit soggy inside.
This is an Awesome app. So easy to use. Easy to book appointments. Includes appointment timings in 15 minute intervals. It's very convenient and the confirmation email sent helps.
Food was good , very spacious , the service was good ,good place for family get together and dinner.our friends and family willdefinitely visit again.
Whilst the food was nice and tasty, the service left a lot to be desired. We were receiving our orders one at a time, by a very polite, friendly waiter. But we weren't too happy at having to wait, (even for a coffee order which we ordered before the food) especially as people who came in after us were getting served before us.
Lovely food and wonderful ambiance! The food reminds us of back home and the flavors are wonderful! The staff can work a bit on their social skills, but are definitely very friendly.
Food was excellent and the overall experience very pleasant. Great to have a local Indian restaurant that serves quality food at a reasonable price. Will be back.
