Children’s play area is pretty cool, ball pit and a Velcro wall!! Kids had fun, we all seriously enjoyed our hotpot. Literally every staff member I interacted with was lovely and friendly, service was quick and ordering easy. If you have young kids and enjoy hotpot, definitely head here.

It was our first visit so we were explained what to do and given recommendations. The food was amazing, a great experience and our son was so happy as it was his choice. It was quite warm in the restaurant so would probably not go again on a hot day like today but perfect for winter. The staff were lovely.

Excellent food and service! Would have preferred to be seated on the other side of the restaurant for safety reasons and convenience, where it was a more spacious area and closer to toilets as I am heavily pregnant.. We were seated all the way at the end near the children’s play area where it was so loud and noisy + hot (not such a greatly ventilated area) + not to mention very narrow walkways for me to walk up and down to the sauce station having to avoid staff and children running up and down the walkway with my pregnant belly. Just an uncomfortable and an un-relaxing atmosphere with loud children but the food is delicious and service is wonderful, as always.

great for families which are there early with a more quieter option after 8pm for people without kids.

Great food, the kids had a great time in the playground. (Although there was a tantrum when leaving, and I had to go in to retrieve him with my shoes on and got told off and a woman took a photo of me to ‘shame’ me). Had to wait half an hour for our wine order and had to ask a few times for table water. But then staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food and very helpful as it was our first hotpot experience. The family had a great time, we were very happy and will recommend for friends to go and we will be back again

Amazing Venue great for Family's Good Value and once kids have had enough they can go and enjoy the indoor playground leaving the parents to continue enjoying there meal

We were very lucky and managed to get one of the bigger tables with individual pots in its own separate room. This was great for us as there were some people in our group who were hard of hearing and this allowed us to have personal conversations amongst ourselves without the noise of the restaurant. The food was great and well priced. There was a problem with one of the dishes, but it was promptly changed without question. Some of our group were new to hotpot, so it was nice that the staff were very patient with us. Overall very happy with our experience.
