Mashed potato patties mixed with coriander, peas and spices deep fried in oil with channa, onion, tomato mixed with yoghurt, mint sauce & tamarind sauce.

Prawns dusted with Gram flour & dry spices mix then deep fried crisp.

Deep-fried fritters made from spiced chickpea batter with onions and herbs.
