Excellent - lovely ambience with an open fire, quiet enough to have a conversation, easy booking system, very understanding when I turned up 45 minutes late to our booking. Delicious food and will definitely go back there.

I took my friend out for her birthday breakfast. Coffee was hot and the Mushroom Omelette was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative was it was a cold foggy morning and was disappointed that the fire wasn't lite. Would of made the ambience so much better. Overall we had a great breakfast.

The Cottage provided a warm and intimate space in which to enjoy a delicious lunch. The service was excellent without being intrusive and it felt like a personal dining experience catering to all our needs. Highly recommend.

Set in a beautiful rural environment in a matching venue. Chef and host make you feel very welcome. Menu choices are good. Hoping one day they might do evening meals too! Until then we will enjoy breakfast or lunch. Keep up the great work!

First time visit today and was very happy. Food was excellent. The entree of calamari and tempura prawns was superb. Such tender calamari. Best barramundi I’ve eaten anywhere, I hope they never take that off the menu as it was outstanding. the side dish of kale salad was a bit bland, could have had some segmented oranges or fig balsamic plumped currants tossed through. My husband enjoyed the zucchini flowers. Coffee good. Service was a bit amateur but young guy very pleasant. Great value and a terrific menu. The entry to the cottage needs a bit of work in the garden but otherwise quite cosy. The fabulous food made up for any negatives.

The food I had was delicious but as we were only there for morning tea, there was not much choice of cakes, just scones and the breakfast menu. The waitress was really friendly and coffee was good.

We loved the high quality food and cosy atmosphere eating on the verandah on a sunny autumn day. The barramundi was one of the best versions I’ve had eating out with a lovely selection of flavours in the salad & my Dad said the flathead was the best he has ever had. Meals were hot & using fresh ingredients. Great menu variety. The staff look after you very well & the coffee is also excellent. Nice to enjoy such a quiet venue in lovely surrounds with beautiful trees and a relaxing atmosphere. Have already been back for breakfast with friends and appreciate the heating on the verandah to enjoy sitting outside in cooler weather.

All three of us enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back.

Excellent lunch enjoyed by our whole group. Meals were tasty and my steak was cooked exactly to my request. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere.

We had a lovely lunch at The Cottage. The food was delicious and service very good. Not an extensive menu but well worth a visit.

As usual, the coffee was great as were the fresh scones.

Food was amazing! Loved the stuffed zucchini flowers and choc brownie. Service was attentive but not imposing.

Great location for a lovely brunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

First time back after change of ownership. Not crowded like it used to be when it was known as the Geranium Cottage and therefore nice and quiet. Menu gave reasonable choice but no hambugers which would be a nice option. Coffee was excellent but cups too small although we had ordered mugs.

This is a lovely cafe, great service, peaceful rural vibe and delicious gourmet dishes.

Everything was fresh and full of flavour, a party in my mouth! We really enjoyed our meal and service was fantastic

There is finally a restaurant to go to in this area that is value for money, with superb food and excellent service. The menu offered good choices and the food was delicious
