The Cheesy One Pizzeria

Sat for over 2 hours waiting for our food that never came. Had to go up to the counter multiple times to order and ask for water refills. The only food that came from out 3 item order was the "focaccia" which was just a sauceless cheese pizza with too much oregano. Despite clearly not making our order and having us wait 2 hours the staff were not remoresefull at all and charged full price for the "focaccia" and drinks. Will not return or recommend them to anyone.

Went for dinner last night after seeing a reel on Facebook, booked a table in advance which the staff had no idea of, got the impression they don’t even check they bookings, waited 15min for a table and then waited 1.5hrs for food, food was below average, pizza and lasagna were very bland, pasta was super salty. After not receiving a meal we were told “it’s coming” multiple times and then was informed (2hrs after we ordered) that it wasn’t even on our order. After complaining about food and service we were offered a voucher, when telling them we would not be returning we were offered a 50% refund by the server until the manager then asked to speak to us and refused the refund telling us “she is in training” so no refund. The entire night servers were very flustered and clearly had no idea what was going on/how to manage orders, everyone both eating in and takeaway were waiting at least an hr, the place wasn’t any busier then any other pizza place on a Friday night, after dealing with the manager it was clear the problems are coming from him, very rude, very arrogant. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone else!!!

Ci siamo seduti al tavolo alle 19:05, siamo stagi serviti molto in fretta da una ragazza che ci ha portato acqua e bibite ma ha dimenticato di dirci che si ordinava in cassa. Dopo 35 minuti ad aspettare che arrivasse qualcuno ci siamo alzati e abbiamo ordinato in cassa dato che ci erano passate avanti già 6/7 persone. Abbiamo aspettato per le pizze fino alle 8:40, quando finalmente ci sono state portate. Pizze buone con un impasto che ricorda molto quello italiano in stile romano, ma la mozzarella perdeva decisamente troppo grasso creando uno strato oleoso su tutta la pizza e rendendola meno appetitosa di quanto sarebbe stata con un’altro tipo di mozzarella. Grazie ma se spendo 80$ per due pizze mi aspetto qualcosa in più.
