Fun concept, yummy food, the only downside was actually ordering the food the online order form ends up being confusing especially with the multiple orders for the table and it was a bit glitchy.

Overall its been a good experience every time I visit this place

We got individual items but they put everything next to each other so in the end they all tasted the same. We also got an extra dipping sause that was said to be 10/10 in spice...which it was not that spicy to me. But I would pay the amount of money just for the experience. That was worth the money. We will go again and try a different sause. Well worth the experience.

The food was absolutely delicious combined with sauces and flavors.. Had generous servings of blue margaritas to wash it down with. The staff were friendly and very welcoming.

The new ordering system is confusing and impersonal. It use to be nice to talk to the waiters about what to order etc. we didn’t know how much was too much or not enough food and the app didn’t say so. Why would you do the QR code thing and then have to go up and pay before you eat anyway? lol Also. 1.5% for suing a card is criminal. No one uses cash anymore! The food was good and the most of the staff were nice, but your ordering system ruined the experience.

Food was really good, very flavourful, service was average. The lady that sat us was really nice though.

Mud crab was empty. Very little meat . Not happy

Seafood was good. We ordered the mild cajun seasoning and it had a good kick of heat.

First time there Service 10/10 Quick didn't have to wait long $129 for lobster boil everything was good may except for the prawns they where frozen the shell was really soft as an extra for $39 I ordered abalone which was only 8 pieces now I don't mind paying that price but i expect it to be cooked to perfection but it was not very chewy and rubbery must work on your cooling times but overall I did enjoy it just a few little tweeks Will try again

Bit pricey for the value that you get. We asked for a mild sauce but we got a really spicy sauce so we didn’t get to enjoy it.

Food was good, but could be better. Also felt that the mild option was still a bit hot so next time I’ll go with no spice at all. Also I feel that the bundles should have the option to swap out the items. I don’t eat octopus but couldn’t swap it out. Also feel that there should be fish bites as an option to add to the boil.

everything was good except the black gloves! gave the impression that they are rubber ones that cleaners use for toilet cleaning….bit anti-appetite.!pls change it back to the transparent ones.

Experience was amazing and so fun! Staff were accommodating and kind. If you happen to get a bad review from some Karen (with a son named Vincent who was having his birthday dinner), ignore it. They weren't unhappy with their food - just unhappy with their lives and marriage based on the amount of yelling they broadcast to the restaurant. Will definitely come back!
