We had a lovely night, the food was great and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Overall good service, good food and atmosphere. Only feedback is that the tables are way to close to one another

We were there for a farewell. Didn’t expect it to be so busy, but it turned out great.

We left. We were placed in a section that was removed from the restaurant (a closed restaurant next door - it would appear the Bavarian had taken over the space.) So we were in a pokey corner. There was no table service and the line to order food and the line at the bar were ridiculously long. After lining up for approx 15 minutes to order food with no progression in the line and about 20 people in front of us we decided to take our business elsewhere. We were there for a birthday celebration to spend time with family. Decided not to spend our time together in 2 separate queues. Shocking set up!

I was really disappointed that i had to line up to order food and drinks. I went to the one in the Rocks the service was fantastic and i expected it would have been the same. The lines were always 5 thick and took forever to be served because food and drink was being done together. I would have gone to my local pub if i wanted that type of service. Alot of loud groups standing around tables so very difficult to get through to order.

Too many swearing but other younger people around our table drinking big beers and not really eating. It is more of get drunk spot then eating.

food was adequate. Bar service was extremely slow Dinner service was disappointing atmosphere was nice.

No table service. Slow service. Takes over 20 min to line up and be served.

Food was great as was the service however there was no German Beer available as they had run out???? Not sure how/why a German restaurant would run out of German Beer. Also feels over crowded with the placement of tables.

BJ9NQ24 The food was good, however, I ordered a veal schnitzel, and received a chicken schnitzel instead. When I told the supervisor, she asked me if I wanted a refund to which I suggested just a discount would be ok. She agreed, but told me to remind her to do so later? I’m not sure why she couldn’t issue a voucher there and then to be honest. Therefore, I was very disappointed by her customer service skills. Please let me know if you have any questions. Waiting over 1 hour for our meal and they had lost the order for our meal won't be going back

All food came out quick and it tasted really great.

The atmosphere was good, the restaurant wasn't too busy or noisy & the waiting time was fine. We were told we were not able to put all our meals on the same number if we were to pay separately. That was fine however there meals all came out at very different times. My entree came out before my meal however another person on the table received their main before their entree. I asked for something to be removed from my meal and it came out with it on the plate. The wings we ordered were supposed to have buffalo sauce on them- Another order of them had a lot of sauce but ours had none & we had to ask for the sauce to be put on. After we had finished our meals, we sat and had a drink for about 1 hour and no one came to clear our plates. Our plates sat there until we left. Overall, the experience was not good. The food is not cheap & we did not get value for our money. The service was not good either, we were completely forgotten about once we received our meals.

Food was amazing and can’t complain about one bit. I was slightly disappointed though that I booked over a week in advance for mother’s day and got shoved in pizza place right in corner to sit.

Good service from the minute we were met by the lovely friendly hostess and shown to our table . Food was delicious with huge servings. Live music and great vibe . Will definitely go there again

Staff could of been more friendly, this was our first time to this restaurant would of been nice to been told to go to the bar to order instead of figuring it ourselves, bathroom checks and cleans should be done, toilet paper was all over the floor.. But overall food and atmosphere was amazing

Food was good size portions, except for the spicy wagyu steak ( quite small) Staff were friendly but flat out, causing waiting times at bar, a few more staff would be much better. Overall a good night We upgraded our table to 14

Loved the atmosphere even though it was lunchtime. Will visit again. Maybe Saturday night. We had 3 different dishes of sausages and were really nice.

Food was good, but service was extremely slow, waited over an hour for our meals, also people at table next to us were extremely loud and were told by staff to quiet down but they did not listen.

We had a fantastic time and there was nine of us. Food was great, service was great and staff were very helpful and friendly.Would highly recommend

No table service provided. Not like other barvarian restaurants. Booked a table for 4 early in the week. Table for 4 was outside and more suitable for 2 people. Asked to be seated inside. When i questioned the no table service I was told they could arrange it. We ended up leaving without ordering. Totally different experience at parramatta and castle hill. Please look at a standardized approach across all venues in the group. Would not go back to Penrith unless this is changed. I get table service at McDonald's for 1/4 of the price. Queues at the bar were way too long and congested. Staff the venue more adequately during peak periods.

Loved the burger they had on menu but not happy when they cancelled it. Don’t eat there anymore. Changed the happy hour beers, & partner not keen on replacement beers, so drink elsewhere.

Booked a table turned up and was dat down then no service wait and wait and wait Then we realised you had to pay at the counter and get a buzzer we were not informed on our arrival. I was disappointed won’t be back

Good size meals, great taste and value for money, large eclectic selection of premium beers, very pleasant surroundings to catch up with friends will definitely be back!

Booked for fathers day, no Montieths beers, no veal but still charged 10% sunday surcharge. Received entrée and within 8 min,s we were buzzed for mains. Staff and service was fantastic though.

The Manager was excellent and very professional eventhough they were super busy on this Saturday night. Treated us well when we explained that one of our grandchildren had allergies. Looked after our orders as did the other staff.

No table service like their other restaurants. Bread came out with mains instead before. Mains were luke warm. Wasn't anything special & will probaby not return.

Great service, great food and awesome atmosphere. Was an amazing relaxed date night will definitely return to the Bavarian Penrith again.the food was even better
