Tao Cafe -East Victoria Park

We only went the one time and never went back. The service is fast. The food comes out fast and there’s always plenty of seating. Outside of that, the food is bland and I can definitely get better sushi at different restaurants. I just wouldn’t go back as I don’t think it is worth the money.

My son took me here for the first time and it is very fun to see the food going around. I don't eat much sushi but I like the lemongrass chicken a lot. My son was very with all the sushi choices.

Quality, portion size and speed in receiving food was excellent. For one guest the sushi train was a first and they loved the whole concept. Thank you.

Great place, really busy and you feel under pressure to eat and get out quickly. Not for those that want an relaxed atmosphere

Very nice place to eat the staff meant well but it took ages to get someone to order drinks and we even skipped having another round because the wait between service was so long.

Tao is licensed, but it has a fairly limited wine list. My dad did also query an item on the bill, but I'm not sure what the problem was.

We had a variety of cuisines for dinner! I had the Tom yum noodle soup and some sushi for starters. Both were tasty as always! Lots of options on the sushi train too 😍

The food was great. We loved the variety and the taste! The bill took awhile to pay though and was a little expensive. It's not a place I'd go back to on a weekly basis, but definitely one to remember when taking good friends out.

This place has a great range of food, with all dishes tasting fantastic. They also have great service, reasonable price and a handy location. Hard to fault.

Always a good dinner out with the children and happy, helpful staff. We love it here and go regularly. The seafood laksa is the bomb!

Food is great, good value and delicious. Restaurant needs a little more care, e.g. picture behind us was covered in dust, table still had spilled rice and other remnants from previous guests, etc.

Went to Tao Subiaco for lunch & had a wonderful time. Return for dinner at Vic.Park & was underwhelmed. Order Thai chicken Salad in Subiaco & loved the chargrilled flavour. Tonight's salad at Vic.Park, chicken tasted boiled. Beef Pho soup was tasty but way too much beef-could not finish.

Service and food were awesome however it did seem a little pricey but we were prepared to take it on the chin considering how diverse the range of dishes offered were. Will definitely go again.
