Steel Tree @ The Foreshore

We did the 12 lunch specials... obviously nothing freshly cooked all come out of a baymaree apart from the fish even the chips were old and soggy ... chicken stroganoff was bland and tasteless with too much praprika and no mushrooms... the meringue was old and chewy ...

Great place to eat at the Rockingham forshore. We all ate from the $12 lunch menu. Good choice and variety. Outstanding for the price. Service great too.

Great service and ambience. Food is good but smallish serve sizes. Not a buget eating place but on a par with Dome. Does have some great specials though.

Lovely restaurant with a great diverse menu. Fantastic friendly staff - really enjoyed our afternoon there and look forward to going back to try more from the menu. Great to see so many vegetarian options 😄

Always a great atmosphere and great service. Awesome food, prices are ok - coffee could be a bit hotter but otherwise it is a regular for our sunday brekkys.

Great food and the service was fantastic the staf are very friendly. Location was very nice and convenient to other facilities around the Rockingham foreshore.

The table was located where I had requested. The grilled fish and chips were very nice and when my elderly mother was not able to finish her portion, they provided takeaway containers.

Very nice food. Was busy and noisy but enjoyed our lunch. Good value. Very nice setting near to the ocean. Portion size could be slightly bigger.

Good food and great service. We enjoy going to the steal tree at the rockingham foreshore because the staff are always happy to see you and appreciate there costumers.

We had a lovely lunch , we had the fish and salad from the $12 special menu , it was really lovely ! Couldn't fault it we will definitely be recommending to friends ! Great food great service 10/10

We were greeted by friendly staff who not only spoke with myself but also to my grand daughter. Our food, which was hot and very tasty was delivered in a timely manner. There will definitely be many more return visits for us! Thankyou to all the staff.

Always fabulous delicious fresh food. The staff are helpful friendly with a good food and wine knowledge. We have been here several times and it is always fabulous

The battered fish and chips are well worth the 25km drive. I take my 92 year old mother to this restaurant on a regular basis and she also loves the food and the service.

Service was great and the staff were very fiendly. Food was served quite quickly and the food tasted wonderful, we will be bad. Good on you you are a winning team.

Fish was well over cooked and tasted that way. I was given my lunch with burnt fish then nobody came near me till I was done! Not satisfactory. No hurry to go back!

Food and service were to a great standard. The lunch time menu was great with a specials list that was very affordable and still top notch. Will be coming back 😁

Fish and chips yum as always, chicken parmigiana was quite dry and stringy unfortunately. But will be back as suspect this was just a once off.

Slow service waited 30 minutes for our starter which came with main meal had to ask numerous times for drinks. Coffee was hot and good

Food was lovely and generous servings. They accommodated the children's request for cheese pizza even though it is not on the menu. Customer service was very good also.

Fantastic food and service. $12 lunch specials are great. A great place to enjoy the ocean views. Close to the park so the grand children can go and play after a very filling lunch.

In 5 years of going there, last night's meal was the worst ever. The steak should have been medium, but was mainly very rare a very fatty, for both of us. Plus I had asked that the additional garlic prawns be a side dish, but they were dumped on top of the steak in bernaise sauce.

Service was fab as usual however, th fillet steak wasn't great this time. Overcooked and tough. It's one of our regulars so we will definitely be back. We had a buy one get one free main meal voucher, so that smoothed it over somewhat, but if it had been full price, I would have had to have said something. Everybody has an off day, right?

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back again for another meal really soon! Great 2 for 1 deal on evening meals.

Dinner was delicious. Bit disappointed in the size of the salt and pepper squid. Is a starter but was ordered as a main after being told there was a lot. Rib eye fillet cook to perfection and just the way I requested. The roast veges that came with it were divine and was able to take it home and enjoyed another meal. Service was great, staff are friendly but don't over bother you and interrupt. 9/10 for the whole afternoon

The service was great. But the food was not the best. Our fish was left too long in the pan it had a hard crust on the bottom and was hard to cut through with a knife and the fish was way over cooked.

I was only after a light lunch. My order was as expected and satisfied my requirement. The staff were friendly. I would go back again.

lovely food and atmosphere would highly recommend for sunday breakfast.. owners are lovely people and the eggs benedict are to die for...i always order extra sauce hehe

My husband enjoyed the sundries tomato risotto, whilst I opted for the carbonara pasta. As it's a rather rich meal, I would have preferred vegetable to balance it out. Had to resort to stealing my husband's brocollini and couldn't eat the oversized plateful of food. Took the leftovers home for dinner tonight. Having eaten at the Steel Tree several times, we would like to see a change in the menu. The friendly staff and great location makes it a favourite treat of ours, especially for breakfast or lunch.

Casual dining with a relaxed atmosphere, not a huge restaurant but good location and good service, im a regular, always fresh food served and cold drinks

Service great, variety good and location nice...all round good experience. Price at the upper level , but on par with other locations in Rockingham area, would like to see more seafood choices

Nice family restaurant good atmosphere, lovely location, good service & nice food, only negative was that the food wasn't hot enough when it was served & we watched it sitting out for a while before it came

Always enjoy the meals and the staff are friendly and polite. We usually go for lunch with friends to have the lunch special but buy wine and have dessert.

The food and service was amazing tonight for my mums birthday! We will definitely come back again. The food was fresh and I'm not usually one to eat dessert but I did tonight! Thankyou for making this night a special one 😊

Went for breakfast and it was great! The food was lovely, the drinks very nice (especially the iced chocolate)! The service was fantastic. The staff were very patient and accommodating, especially when we turned up with 4 baby prams.

Efficient service. Did not have to wait long for the food to be brought to the table, the staff were friendly .Will certainly go back again. As the lod saying goes when on a good thing stick to it.
