We love this place. One of our local favourites. Great value for money. Great menu options and great location. Staff always welcoming and friendly.

It was a busy lunch service so the service wasn’t as great as usual but still a pleasant lunch and friendly staff. One of our local favourites.

Great service friendly and helpful. Not the best mojitos in Rockingham lacked flavour. Steak was great asked for veges instead of salad instead was presented with 2 pieces of asparagus and raw baby spinach and capsicum not really the veges i expected.

Service with s smile and great value for money with the $12 lunch special. Battered fish and chips with a glass of sav blanc only cost $19. Lovely view across the ocean.

As usual the service was very good - lovely staff, prompt service however food was a bit lacking this time around. Small portion size, steak was a bit tougher than I'd hope and mash potato not as flavourful as it could have been. To be fair to them though we didn't complain to them about it but was just left feeling a bit let down. Will try again on another visit though.

Steel Tree was just lovely. Great service & fantastic value for money with their specials everyday. The menu has an array of yummy sounding dishes. Looking forward in going back again & again to try them

We went for pasta night and waited over an hour for our meals. While waiting, we had no offers for drinks or bread to tide our hunger. Toward the end (with a wrestless and hungry baby), I asked for the food to be take away. Thankfully we were only charged half price. The meals were terrible, watery sauce and very small portion for a pasta. Will not be going back.

Yummiest pasta dishes around and who can complain when its $10 a plate Definitely going back for a cheap and delicious meal. Lovely staff members too

Lovely atmosphere. Special lunch meal $12 choice of 10 meals. We had the Nasi Goreng with chicken, was delicious. The staff were very attentive and lovely. Will definately go back there.

Lovely food. Great service. Amazing value for money. Nice location looking out over the beach. Check out their website for daily deals. A great one for single parents having 2 kids eat free.

Good lunch & great value for only $12. I'd recommend this as a good lunch spot. Can't comment on dinner. Service was fine- not amazing, but not at all bad

Friendly service, tasty food, good variety of dishes to select from. This restaurant is great for dinner and movie night. Intimate dining atmosphere yet dining alone was comfortable 💛😍

$12 lunch special serves are very small and there isn't much variety. Was served a wine in a glass with lipstick. Wine was just transferred to another glass.

Super friendly staff and amazing food and vibe, already planning my next date night there. I highly recommend the Reef on Reef, the sauce and prawns make the meal something out of this world

The food and service is always of high quality. Very good value for money and they have brilliant lunch and dinner specials. We love eating here.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Food was perfectly cooked and larfe meal. Nice place and atmosphere on the night. I had the reef on reef which was nice but the fish was average quality and was only 3 small prawns. Partner had the chicken mignon and was cooked perfectly.

My husband and l had Two for $50 deal. Good value but don't expect too much from the 'garlic bread' and the 'seasonal greens' with the bacon wrapped chicken 'signature dish' was 2 spears of limp asparagus. My husband ordered the reef on reef which he was more than happy with. Great service. Nice wine.

Lovely experience, beautiful food, great service nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Very enjoyable lunch. Would definitely recommend Steele Tree to friends and family.

Service was good, they ran out of pork, had steak, heaps of sinue in it. Rest of steak was good. Should have had the Signature Dish?

Staff were nice and friendly . We both had salmon and capers fetticine. Was chockers with capsicum, never had capsicum in a creamy pasta before so was not expecting to ask for it minus capsicum. The flavor was so strong as to overwhelm all other flavors. As i do not like or enjoy capsicum, i picked it out but meal was only tasting of capsicum. Pity as i enjoy a good pasta meal.

Lovely Lunch and service was wonderful. The location is great. We had grilled fish and salad on the specials menu and added chips. For $15 great value in a lovely setting

Lovely food and attentive service was slightly hot as it was quite crowded could have used the air conditioning on as well as the fans. Definitely will dine again and recommend to others

The buy one get one free deal on a Tuesday is great value ... we had the steak ... salad needs more tomatoes and some onion otherwise 10/10 !!

Love going to this place but since they have changed the type of fish that we normally have, it wasn't as good this time. We were assured by the waitress that this was only temporary due to a supply problem so we will be returning. Normally we would give a higher score as this is a really great place to have lunch and the pricing is awesome along with the service.

Lovely meal, reasonably priced, good service, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend this restaurant. Rating would have been higher if there was a dessert menu.

Awesome food. Tasting plate was wonderful, highly recommend the wings, and the mushrooms. Mains were large and well cooked. Will absolutely be returning in the future.

Service was excellent, Squid wasn't the best, tough. I was a little disappointed as I have had the squid before & it was very nice.

It certainly isn't the restaurant that it used to be. The food was extremely average and overpriced for what we got. The wait staff were pushy and very unfriendly. It used to be a family favorite, im not sure that we will be back

Good value with $12 lunch specials even on weekend, pleasant staff (owner very friendly) and reasonable quality food. Outside tables have nice view of beach.

We enjoy every visit to the Steel Tree because the people who work there are so friendly and obliging and the omelettes are great and so is the coffee.

Steel tree on the foreshore is always very impressive staff is friendly food is lovely and our puppies are always welcome as long as our puppies are welcome we will keep coming back
