Very casual restaurant, more like pub food. The steak was well cooked and the staff friendly, would go back for a casual meal, not for the special night out.

It was a lovely atmosphere. The wait staff were friendly. Next time I'll get the Porterhouse steak, which my fellow diners got!

Been coming here for 21 years since a friend introduced me in 1998, now almost half my life ago, and the consistency of the food is just amazing. Its reliably the best steak and sauces I've had in Melbourne (or anywhere else) and although I no longer live in Melbourne, I visit a few times a year and always get a Squires Loft meal in. Just awesome.

Amazing food. I like my meat well done and always comes out perfectly cook; well done but still moist and the knife is like running it through butter. They never disappoint. Service was great as well.

The food is always excellent quality and the staff very friendly and helpful. We have been to other Squires and the food hasn’t always been so good, but this location is very consistent. Always worth the trip. Plus they now sell the baste in a bottle which is exciting!!
