The service was attentive and personal. The food was fantastic. We dined like Kings and Queens!! This is our second time here in as many months; we'll be back!!

Great to be able to book a table in a busy pub! Excellent and attentive service, great food, can order drinks from your table, must have the home made potato cakes!

Food was good, service excellent - although thought wine was a bit expensive. Very nice atmosphere in a lovely old building. Will probably go again.

Happy experience from booking, being greeted, overall friendly service and excellent steak. Hardest decision is which mustard to use. Of course the wine helped a lot.

An amazing time it was the Richmond v Collingwood match at the MCG so pub was full and full of atmosphere. The staff were amazing. They are very professional.

The service was fine. At the end the rip-off. A surcharge for the use of a debit card. No notice on the menu. Only pub in Richmond that charges for payment of cash via immediate transfer. Just theft.

The Spready has a Fantastic atmosphere and great service. Staff are very friendly and are always helpful and attentive. This is A great local pub!

The restaurant deliver good food and good service. It has extensive menu, the slow cook beef cheek is awesome. We will go back to try their steak night.

Excellent service, fun and casual ambiance. Can get a bit noisy when the fotty is on. Majority of the dishes ordered were delicious, in particularly the pork belly and beef cheek.

Great spot to have a nice and slow Sunday lunch with the family. Chicken Parma was perfectly cooked.

Great Sunday afternoon trivia session. Highly recommend the food and atmosphere. The open fires are a nice touch on a cold winter afternoon. Study up and go along!

Considering they highlight on the menu ingredients relating to food intolerances, they were completely inflexible when it came to a small meal adjustment to accomodate dietary requirements.

Wednesday is night steak night and if you want to experience it, a booking is essential...because it's so darn good. Great service, and great wines. I love the Spread Eagle.

Great service, delicious uncomplicated food, friendly staff, excellent value compared to the quality. Right in front of open fires with football on screens all around. Perfect. We started lunch at 1pm and left at 8!!!

Small intimate pub. So many pubs in richmond this is definetely THE Best pub lunch in richmond. Schnitzel (REAL VEAL) & Potatoe cakes are amazing

I have been here a few times now & the food never disappoints, the service is excellent, quick & efficient, friendly staff too, love the pork belly!

The service and food were very good. But the noise from the front bar made conversation difficult. After a while you gave up. Not a place to go if you want a pleasant dinner for two.

We received great efficient service. The food was well presented and excellent . A pleasant evening in comfortable surroundings. A good crowd that was given attentive service.

Always love the steak night at the Spready. Not this time though. Not as good as usual. Dry and tough not what I’m used too.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, a great night was had by all! (we were a group of 14 and they tailored a meal to accommodate for food intolerances).

As always, the best customer service. The wait staff can't do enough to assist you. Always ready to offer suggestions or a taste of a new beer to try.

Fabulous selection of food, great service & music too. pork belly was amazing as was the calamari, chili prawns, barramundi & steaks. Our German waitress was fun too 😊

The food was very good and the service friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our table (#4 I think) was by the server's cupboard and the waitresses kept on squeezing in beside me and into the cupboard behind me. I pretended not to notice as I didn't want to disturb my guest on his first day in Australia. I had booked online and this seemed to be given as a preferred table, but maybe this situation needs to be considered!

Great pub. Very busy (Friday night) and we started next to a large group who were noisy (not excessively but not our "scene"). Wait staff were superb in shifting us discretely. Food, drinks and service all excellent.

A fantastic and lively venue. Decent pub grub and a fun atmosphere. Can highly recommend to anyone in the area. There is also pretty good music at times.

Always great service and equally great food! I highly recommend the Italian nights on Tuesdays which is really good value and includes a glass on wine
