Always a pleasure to dine at this restaurant. Charley and the team will look after you from your first dining experience and again and again and again! The food is great and it's a fun dining experience too if you haven't done Japanese BBQ before. Plenty of side dishes to choose from the great quality meats!

This place was absolutely amazing. A real Japanese experience with excellent customer service adding to the great atmosphere. The food was to die for, delicious warm sake and an amazing chicken broth to start with. The hosts were very informative and helpful. We cannot wait to come and visit again with the rest of our family. Absolute 5 star food and service.

Delicious! The food was of incredible quality, no added seasoning required (unless you get hooked on the miso chilli sauce like we did!). Service was prompt and non-invasive, so we could enjoy our experience together as a couple. Can't wait to come back again.

Their customer service was brilliant, very attentive, polite and friendly. I had my birthday sorbet which was so nice. Love the atmosphere like playing nice Japanese music. The only thing that we were not sure about the price/value of the meat. The marble beef was sliced as thin as prosciutto. It gets cooked so quick as well as unsatisfying. I was hungry after the meat and didn't feel like paying another $14 to get thin sliced beef.

Went for ala carte cause we had people in our party who weren’t keen on a buffet - buffet would probably be better value. Overall an enjoyable experience. The wagyu beef was good!

I have always had a wonderful experience here on previous occasions and this was no exception. As always the service was outstanding and food exquisite. I brought new visitors with me and it was great to also see their positive response from a new perspective.

All staff wearing masks, yet they weren't wear gloves for the food prep. If you're going to overreact to something like a little flu, do it properly. Service was very poor last night, along with the wait times. No ones seemed to care among the team.
