First time at Sen of Japan so we’re not sure how the buffet worked. Once this was explained to us we were able to place our order and were impressed with the food and presentation. We will be back 👍

Service and food were really good. Only fried rice was bland. Wagyu dishes were good quality.

Ask about water to drink, waiter pointed to where we could get it. We were the only ones in the restaurant. She could have just gotten it for us - better service

I don't know what the Soba Noodles came in Mayonnaise - very strange. It was difficult getting the attention of the waitresses. Maybe QR codes on the tables so people can order what they want to eat, so when the waitresses are busy it's okay, and they won't be overwhelmed

The food taste is ok however some dishes are a bit oily otherwise the ambience and the service is good.

We were very sad to see only six patrons in the restaurant during our visit. I imagine this could have been because the restaurant was closed for a while, and perhaps not enough advertising has been done to let people know it is back in action. We would like to see more publicity, because it is not very well known, although we have been spreading the word.

We loved our meal, thank you. It was a great way to experience eating Japanese food. The beef dishes were so tender and full of flavour. We will be back.

Large size dishes and catered well for the big group booking

Great place for a large group but service was terrible. Drinks took forever and they didnt come back often, we had to keep getting their attention to order more food and drinks. Happy to pay more for better service for all you can eat.

It's an all-you-can-eat place with a bit of a twist in that they bring small plates to your table cooked fresh - this puts it way ahead of most of the bain marie types before you start. The food is tasty, there's a great range to try from, and even with a big group of friends there will genuinely be something for everyone to enjoy (which is frankly worth the price of admission on its own). It's got a bit of a food court vibe, but the waiters are friendly and do a great job keeping on top of everything. The only downside is that as the evening progresses you can tell that the oil temperature has dropped; fried things get less crisp as time goes by. I suspect any lower ratings for this restaurant would be from people visiting later in the evening.

Yummy, fresh, Japanese food which I'd recommend to friends for special occasions and for bigger eaters, or those who like to try lots of different types of food. My only criticism was the restaurant's acoustics. On a busy Saturday night it was hard to hear.

Food was very average. Service was terrible. Tried to interact with staff with nice conversation but they were more concerned about quickly finishing and very unaccommodating to change a noisy table to a quiet one. First meal served was cold and stale, tasted like left over from previous service. Tables of other Asian people were served quicker and with nice looking meals. Venue very noisy especially staff cleaning up after previous service and having to watch them clatter around with cleaning trolleys. Not impressive at all and will not be coming back. Would not recommmend this restaurant at all.

Very good. Food delicious; perhaps a little more discreet with the food waste collection and bin trolley next to diners . Booths comfortable. Will return.

It's amazing to see how well this restaurant is doing. My friends and I already had a great time opening night, but a month later and the experience is even more refined, the staff are so attentive and responsive, the food is consistently fantastic and the atmosphere is very inviting and fun. All of the staff should be very proud of themselves!

Food wasn’t too bad. But was so hard to get the staff’s attention, they said it was much busier then usual but waiting 10 mins to get their attention was a bit long New place so cobwebs are yet to be cleaned up

Food was not special and very standard, however the concept of all you can eat was given. Food was brought to the table almost immediately after ordering, so the statement of all food freshly made by your order is more than questionable. No water offered, service dropped after the welcome and waitress took longer and longer to return to the table. Had to get her attention by calling her, despite only one other table in the restaurant that sat close by. Quite noisy due to concrete floor and open kitchen door as well as a group. Would not return.

Most of the food was great, small plates but it’s all you can eat so order accordingly. Sushi and sashimi platter was great but gyoza were underdone. All in all a good dining experience at a reasonable price.

The all you can eat Japanese cooked to order is a great concept. A must try.
