I go here all the time, the food is amazing (doesn't matter what you eat) and the service is exceptional !!

Usually love this cafe but today wasn't a good experience. Tables were too close together and the noise almost made it impossible to have a conversation. Clearly very busy , but the food we ordered was not to the usual excellent standard. Not sure if we will be back.

Always incredible. The food is always fresh and delicious. Every dish is well thought out from flavor to plating up. The service is always friendly and even during extremely busy periods there is minimal wait time.

We are happy to see the restaurant was very busy , but today was not a good experience. We arrive at the restaurant at 12 o'clock but we have our foods at 1:15, we are very disappointed. Those guests whose after us had their meals so we check with the staff , but he said they are busy. After checking with him twice and we found out by their body language that the waiter whose took our orders was forgot to put it in the computer. I think they assumed we didn't know the reason, and when our meals serve on the table, he only said enjoy your meals without any apologies.

Love the restaurant, area 2 is certainly better for less noise. Today I had my favourite Salmon Benedict, was a little disappointed with the salmon. It obviously is preferred taste but I found the redder salmon to be too fishy for my liking and therefore had to leave half of it on my plate. My friend who joined me for her first visit loved the Fritters. Still one of my favourite places. See you tomorrow :)

More than a neighbourhood gem, Secret Ground is a popular cafe in Doncaster providing spacious indoor and outdoor seats, delicious and instagrammable food and great service.

Great coffee, food & service. Love coming here but disappointed to be shuffled out due to busy Saturday morning crowd. Never happened to me before. We were going to order additional food but wasn’t given the chance 😔

Food was well presented and tasty also reasonably priced Although we had a booking we still had to queue up out in the street. It was very busy and the staff were really under pressure

We reached 7 minutes late … though the place was crowded are table was ready. The service and food was amazing.

Food was great, but unfortunately service was not. Although arriving on time for our reservation, they were pushy on getting our order and trying to get us out of there in one hour of service. Took our chair!, that the kids were actually using to sit on, and then with a little bit more time asked us to leave. Unfortunately will not be returning, it was not a relaxing experience. Not kid friendly as well, and our pram would not have corridor space to walk through our table, and people from other tables had to stand up to let us pass.
