Food was great plenty of it very tasty But the toilets were dirty can nobody get the spray and wipe out and clean the bathroom especially the doors .

Valentines Dinner, arrived exctly &:30 = as booked time. We ordered our meals, then waited (stupid us = meals arrived 8:50. Other people left = tired of waiting also. OVer valued. Definiently NOT VALUE for money.

more is not always better. very bland food. the mixed platter for two was quite a disappointment. under cooked steak, over cooked octopus, skewers both beef and chicken with no flavour and the "salad" was a joke. will not be recommending or returning.

needs a clean - door to kitchen is FILTHY. Was too scared to use the bathrooms. The material on the wall paneling in revoltingly dirty. The walls have vacant hooks - decor needs attention. Front of restaurant is not inviting - huge opportunity for a Santorini type entrance with white and blue umbrellas, woven outdoor chairs, signage etc. Wont recommend to friends - its FAR TOO DATED. Music too quiet.

The food at Zucca was delicious, however, we were disappointed with the service we received from wait staff who seemed run off their feet, and didn’t return to offer us drinks or check if we wanted to order anything further from the menu.

Had a great dinner, food fantastic if anything the food came too quickly but that often happens for tables of 2! We would go back again, would have been nicer sitting outside but it was too hot.

Entree delicious. Food was bountiful. So much that the platter to share for two was enough for 4. Dessert was shared & still enough as we were full from the mains. Very relaxing with the view over the ocean.

Very disappointing Over cooked rubbery octopus & calamari. Told staff & they just went oh. Porterhouse steak was yummy. But overall very sad experience We came over an hour and a half drive away for a special occasion. Tables were dirty. Girl admitted it before we went to sit down. No one else was there. All other eatery’s were quite busy

The beautiful smile that greeted us made for the start of a great night. The food was fantastic, the only issue was that there weren't enough staff, there were two large tables of people that kept the wait staff busy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but it was difficult to get their attention at times. This did not detract overall form the night. We enjoyed the food and the overall experience.

The food was delicious and whilst the servers werent rude, the service was very slow. We waited nearly 40 minutes after being seated for a drinks order to be taken and that was after we went up to the counter and asked them to take the order. Throught out the meal we werent asked if we needed more drink, we had to keep asking for drinks and dirty plates to be taken. After our mains we werent asked if we wanted any coffee/drinks or desserts so we asked for the bill at the counter

We had the share plate half and half. We have previously had a meat and a fish platter. The food got cold very quickly.

Service was great. Food mostly very enjoyable. One exception porterhouse steak ordered medium was very rare. When asked for further cooking it was still quite rare when returned and not the best. Couldn’t finish it. staff made no comment. Disappointing.
