As usual Saporito never fails to deliver quality food and service at a reasonable price Our go to restaurant
We all had pizza and it was not piping hot and the dough was definitely not made on premise. Meant to be wood fire, well couldn’t smell the fire so tells me it’s premade, disappointed ☹️
Very busy place with slow and inattentive service. Pizza arrived slightly burnt. The pizza tasted too crusty and dry. Not worth the price for the food quality and service.
Used to be a regular at Saporito a few years ago. Haven't had a chance to come back until now and I must say, it was disappointing. First up I ordered the veal dish, the waitress returned to the table, after having taken my order to advise me that they didn't have any veal left. I ordered something else. Then with dessert it wasn't a big range of gelato flavours like there used to be.
Staff are attentive and helpful plus the pizza is amazing
Always s pleasure to come here to dine, great food and service at a very reasonable price, its our go to restaurant.
We were a party of four and each of us enjoyed our meals, which arrived very quickly and all together. The waitress was very attentive and quite lovely. We will most definitely dine here again. We have had takeaway pizzas from this restaurant before and they were absolutely delicious.
My family and I really enjoyed our meal at Saporito Restaurant in Tunstall Square. It was my husbands birthday and the manager came out with a lovely big piece of cake with candles in it, and he didn’t charge us for that. I really was very pleased and surprised by that. That was such a lovely thing to do. Thankyou so much. Coral
we will keep going to Saporitos because it is central to the family and the food is fabulous
Didn't live up to expectation or recommendations & felt like we were being hurried along so staff could close up early.
Service was good. Unfortunately the table was near the door so was a little chilly. Can't fault the food, the pizza was lovely.
Very welcoming staff, pizzas were full of delicious flavours and a nice base. Very much looking forward to the next visit.
The food was lovely, but I was a bit dissappointed as l booked for 6.30pm and the opening hours on website say that they are ope till 9pm. Unfortunately it was a quiet night for them so by 8pm all other customers had left, leaving just 2 of us. The waitress even tried to take our water glasses away as a hint for us to leave. Made us feel unwelcome so we left at approximately 8.15pm.
Great service and food was delicious, will definitely be going back soon
Lovely food, great atmosphere. Will certainly return in the not too distant future
Ok service as it was a bit slow . The waitress was pleasant.
Good wholesome food, well presented and reasonably good value. Staff pleasant and efficient.
Good Italian food and pleasant environment with outside tables for better weather
Staff were more interested in chatting than serving customers could not get a bottle of water until third request which I get in a busy restaurant. Unfortunately it was not busy. No follow up on drinks or coffee or dessert. Disappointing experience
Excellent food full of flavour, good size serves with vegetables and potatoes (not as extras) , friendly service , convivial atmosphere . Highly recommend .
The service was fantastic and the food also was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and always with a smile. My friend and I had a pizza each and they were both very tasty indeed. I also had dessert, a Tiramisu and it was just divine. Definitely going back.
Home made ravioli not homemade at all could have gone to supermarket and made my own
Four of us dining on a Saturday evening. Greeted at the door by the lovely waitress with a smile. Our orders taken promptly varying dishes from rib eye, to spaghetti marinara, calamari (beautiful) and a veal dish plus a garlic foccaccia. The food was exceptional although the rib eye was a bit overloaded with sauce as was the veal, however meat was tender & cooked well, the garlic foccaccia was to die for. It was just over $200 for the 4 of us which considering the portion sizes and tastes, was quite good value. The service is homely & unpretentious and you can byo wine as well. This place is a gem and more locals should be supporting this place because the food really is very good.
It was a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. Our friendly waitress Raina looked after us well and manager was very generous and warm. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The food at sapporito is always good, great local restaurant. The business needs to make a decision on whether it wants to provide a customer centric experience or provide take away level service There seemed to be this mad rush to pump the food out as quickly as possible and get all customers to be out the door by 9.15am on a Friday nite- spoilt the nite and not sure I will come back -been a loyal customer for over 8 years
The food and the service was great. We will definitely go back.
