Witnessed so many guests complaining on lack of service from being seated no menu or drinks then random and slow delivery of food. Maitre de was very aggressive to staff and caused a negative gloomy environment.

Food okay but they tried to fit too many people and couldn't keep up with the service or orders. The waitresses were trying hard but could n not keep up.

The food is great. The staff are full of personality and the busy feeling adds to the overall atmosphere of the dining experience. It is one of my preferred restaurants.

Food was absolutely delicious! The staff were all friendly and our dinner came out fast, which was great as we were all starving. Especially loved the the delivery robot😉

Waited over an hour for mains only received half the entree and staff need to be more friendlier, as the food was nice, observed people leaving as food never arrived and were late for other appointments

Food was lovely. Seemed as though they were a bit under staffed as service was slow but when they arrived at the table it was rushed with trying to takeaway old dishes and set down new at the same time

Ok food and good service but staff looked very grubby and atmosphere not exciting Bor nice for Southbank standards. Poor timing on food service as well.
