It was very busy the night we were there. Lots of choices on the menu.

Outstanding meals and staff . Would recommend to any one .

Seafood platter was amazing. Price is quite reasonable for it to. Would definitely be back

Service was good and the food was wonderful. All members of our party enjoyed everything we ordered. We were seated near a large noisy table of people and once reseated were enjoyed the atmosphere.

Great food and great service. Although they don’t necessarily cater for young kids, they are still kid friendly. Kids portions were very large. Will definitely go again

Food is lovely, thought some of the servings were way too small for the price e.g. The lamb in the salad and the mixed grill was very small. Had. A full glass of soft drink tipped over me by the waiter who was very apologetic, but the clean up was ordinary, took ages and then needed to come back a couple of times to mop up properly. Don't think got any drinks as compensation.

The service, food and staff were really good. The table we were given was great as it allowed for a pram with our baby grand daughter. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Great food it’s the best steak in Melb and I’ve had a lot of steaks make sure you order the rib eye it’s a bit pricey but with the quality of food it’s well worth it.

Restaurant was great, friendly services and we enjoyed the food. The staff messed up an instruction to pay for the food on a third persons credit card of which was called through prior to my girlfriend and I getting to the restaurant. My friend with me ended up paying. Upstairs, we enjoyed the dancing, would have enjoyed a little more variety in the music. :-)

The food and the service were fantastic. Atmosphere was great. We didn’t have to wait too long and they really looked after the kids (9, 7 and 2).

This is the second time I have dined at Rubicon and it was the same experience - excellent service, friendly and efficient staff and the food was superb! The restaurant also offers gluten free meals, which was much appreciated. It also offers great children's meals, which was convenient for our six and nine year-old. We'll definitely be dining here again.

Service was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was quite good. Only downside it can be quite noisy in there but overall we all had a great night and would definitely go back as the menu has a great selection to choose from.

We had a great time, though felt pressured to drink more when most of us were driving/on P-plates, and had to be under the limit of at 0. We love the enthusiasm, but just couldn't participate that night!

We had dinner here tonight, from the moment we walked in the service was exceptional. Ordered arancini for entree, hubby had eye fillet and i had risotto, sorbet and brandy snap for dessert, all very nice but what stood out for us was the service.

Within the last two months I have had dinner with friends at rubicon and highly recommend this restaurant , delicious food, friendly staff, will definatley return.

Great quality food and fast service. We had the chicken, pizza , burger and ribs, they were all great. The pizza was my highlight of the night. Definitely recommend.

Good night for my daughters 25th birthday meal, plenty of selection from menu. Staff very helpful and prompt with orders, this would enable more turnover of tables.

Rubicon has a great atmosphere and service is excellent with very attentive waiters/tresses. The meals are generous and quite tasty though 1-2 in our group's meal was not as hot despite coming out quite quickly. I would like to see a better dessert range as most are all chocolate and sweet, something fresher would be nice. This is my 3rd visiting and would go back again to try other dishes on the menu.

The staff were extremely friendly and offered great service. All of the food was great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be returning.

Over priced pub meal. Scotch Fillet was nice the potatoes so salty they were inedible. Lemon Lime Bitters was totally wrong. Not sure what happened with their post mixer. We were seated at the top of the stairs so had to have our dinner in our coats .... although they did turn the heating on by the time it kicked in we finished our dinner.

Plates cleared when you just put your cutlery down for a breath. Table of 14 of us and we felt rushed the whole night. Food was average for the prices.

Great service, great food. Menu a little expensive and a small plate of 'breads' for starters would go down well (replace the shot of port at the end)

Great Food, Service is unquestionable atmosphere brilliant. Make sure you get to know Teddy the owner, great guy. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel special. Prices are not cheap but quality is worth it.
