Food and wine was great. Service was fantastic the waitress that served us was very friendly. All dishes served were fresh and the desserts were very impressive. As a local I highly reccomend this restaurant to all abroad.

I would highly recommend Ragusa to others and will definitely go back again and again. The food was delicious and plentiful, the wine was very moorish and the service exceptional.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable wait staff. Really enjoyed our meal at Ragusa, we will definitely be back. Had the beef filled sauerkraut rolls and the twice cooked duck, both really good.

The service was fabulous but most importantly the food was sensational. The eye fillet melted in your mouth and is definitely worth a try. We will definitely be back.

Very fine lunch. Delicious entree of squid ink dumplings scattered with calamari. Beautifully cooked Barramundi with tasty sautéed vegetables. Excellent service and good wine list

Busy Saturday night at Ragusa. Service and food was great. Well worth the try if you haven’t been there before. Always ask about the specials and options.

The mussels were outstanding. The fish stew was just ok. It was more like a soup, really thin liquid and not a huge amount of seafood. Partner said his scampi risotto was nice but needed something "extra" ie. a bit more flavour. Overall it was good, great service and atmosphere. We will go back for more mussels.

Food is always excellent, can’t go wrong when you eat here. Service is always up to scratch, friendly and knowledgeable staff. All makes for a lovely evening.

Our first visit, we were extremely happy with the food and atmosphere. The staff also made accommodation for the two children who dined with us, they were very patient and understanding! Look forward to another visit.

Ragusa always has amazing food, service and environment. menu not a very large selection but is on there is always amazing. we will be coming back again.

Delicious food, attentive service, culturally focused wine and local wines. Favourite dishes were cured venison with capers; fennel salad; fish of the day (Barramundi). Will definitely be back!

Never disappoints...awesome food and great service Had the ricotta pastries & the yellow fin tuna prosciutto for entree..both delicious Mains we had the stuffed baby squid and the calamari with onions & capers along with some flat bread...again can’t fault it Dessert we shared the plum dumplings with plum sauce & sour cream and traditional Croatian black coffee The one problem we always have is deciding what to choose from a menu with so many great options 👍

I organised dinner for 5 to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and had arranged a surprise for my dad. The staff at Ragusa were more than happy to assist with bringing this to life. They were amazing! Big ups to them. And, as usual, the food was sensational. This is one of my favourite restaurants to go for real, non-pretentious, bit delicious ‘just-like-mama-makes’ food (including dad’s favourite, Strukli). If you haven’t been or are thinking of going... do it!

Great service, great food especially the Belly pork. Waiting staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced meals. Good quality Croatian beers available too.

The food is really good, the vodka and lavender martini must be tried and the service is superior. The staff are true professionals.They are ever attentive, but in a relaxed, cheerful way, ready to have a laugh with you, and so discreet in handling an unexpected awkward situation for one of our diners.

My second visit to Ragusa restaurant in one month and it exceede my expectations once again. We enjoyed the fish stew (delicious flavours and mix of seafood and fish with the most tender muscles) and the pork and beef stuffed capiscum. The sour cherry strudel is delicious. Excellent Croatian wines (we enjoyed both white and red), a lovely ambience and very friendly and attentive service. We will definitely go back (a great place to bring friends!)

The building is full of history, the deco is simple but classic keeping with the theme. The food is so much better than expected, I had the seafood stew and it is so flavoursome - the best seafood stew I have ever eaten. The stuffed calamari is so tender and gorgeously presented. The pastry, I thought it is going to be heavy but it is light and love to have more...will definitely go back.

Excellent service and great food in line with previous experience at this restaurant. We were looked after by Eric who ensured that all our needs were catered for! We will certainly return in the not too distant future.

I went to the restaurant with 3 girls for girls night. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Foods were fabulous! They are clearly a master of seafood. Will come back again for sure!

Great service and excellent ambience. The food was well presented and tasted delicious. Will definitely come again. The stuffed calamari was surprisingly good and the fig ice cream topped off a great meal. There was something for everyone.

Having recently travelled to Croatia we were keen to enjoy the cuisine from this country again and we enjoyed both the food and service. All in all a wonderful culinary experience and we look forward to visiting again.

Food was good, service started off good, slowed down when busy. Staff was courteous, did well under pressure. Main course seemed to have taken bit too long. Maybe could've done with more staff. Will give it another go and go again.

The menu is great in this place with authentic dishes however can't look past the cevapi and Moreton bay bugs they are top notch service is excellent

Great atmosphere, delicious food, cheerful waiter. Bugs, cabbage rolls, sausages and risotto were all fantastic. We’ve been wanting to eat here for a few years but never managed to get there... we’ll worth the wait!

Loved it so much. The food is genuine, hearty Croatian food that grandma used to make, the service is excellent and the staff are friendly; couldn't possibly have asked for more.

Ragusa has incredibly friendly and helpful staff that are smiling and willing to join in on a laugh, warm cozy atmosphere and very tasty food.

Was wonderfully rewarded for trying Croatian cuisine as I'd never really heard of it and didn't know what to expect. The food was glorious and the ambience was romantic in the middle section - white walls, timber beams, framed memorabilia - makes me want to go on holidays to Croatia now. Waiters were sublime - engaging, funny and danced that fine line between attentiveness and oppressive hovering just beautifully! For those burnt by the generally underwhelming food experiences provided all over Nelson Place - this is a real gem!

Waiter seemed disinterested. Duck was minimalist for the $38 price. Service was slower than expected for a high end restaurant. Orders arrived at different times.

Great food and service. Best restaurant in Williamstown. The choices on the food and wine menu are excellent. Great atmosphere and you can arrive on the ferry. No need to drive!

Fabulous staff, really helpful and loving their job. Extensive wine list and prices were ok., Food was good..but small servings and way overpriced for what you got.

Food was delicious as usual and service was excellent, I have been going for many years with friends and have never been disappointed. Always consistently good. Highly recommended.
