Food was terrific. Service professional. Location easy. We sat outside which was pleasant. As the crowds arrived it got quite noisy but what else can you expect from a large and popular restaurant. Portions are very generous so next time we go we will not order so much.

Food quality is excellent and service and care of wait staff and manager are top notch. The price for food is a little on the too pricey side for really what it is, location, class, etc. Zorba dancing, live performance and plate smashing are definitely entertaining. Live music is too loud, makes having conversations difficult.

Food was great, as always. Staff very polite and friendly but after getting our entrees quickly we waited a long time for our mains and then had to ask for the bill twice. Love the Chicken Santorini but for the price I think it deserves a veg here or there. Chicken breast and mash for $32 is a little steep. Did really enjoy the food though.

Nice cosy restaurant with fine food a nice one man band. not being sound proof etc the noise level from some table was really unbearable.

The food was lovely, rather than have a main we just ordered lots of mezze and every dish was lovely. The music and dancing were a great addition and lots of fun to watch.

Went for lunch. Restaurant was fairly quiet which suited us fine as we wanted to have a good chat. Servuce was efficient and food was nice. Good value for money.

Set menu was very good value - lots of food, tasted great. Staff was very attentive and more importantly could take a joke and make a joke. Very pleasant location considering it was part of a shopping centre, it didn't feel like it.

Nice food but a little overpriced , service a bit inattentive. They didn't bring water to table despite asking for it. Was hard to get staff attention to order.

We went here as a small group of 5 for my birthday. Service was alright, however, we felt constantly "rushed" despite the restaurant being more than half empty. The waiter didn't even wait for us to finish before clearing the table for the mains. Dips were taken away unfinished. Everything you needed - water, additional plates etc. had to be asked for. The only reason for a good rating is because the food was good and the serving size very generous (particularly the dessert platter). Would recommend this place for a casual dinner, NOT special occasion or romantic date.

Food was divine, as always! This is one of my most favourite restaurants to eat in. My family and friends have enjoyed every meal, every time we dine at Palatia.

Attempted to book online but restaurant didn't respond to confirm my booking. The food was good, but the service was lacking - had to keep in flagging down a waiter for attention that should have been volunteered.

The mains took a while to come out because they want everything to come out at the same time, but the food and service were generally good.

Service was good and I loved that they served organic wine at a good price. My lamb was a bit dry though but the mezze platter was delicious

As a Cypriot you're always sceptical of the term Traditional. Glad to say it was outstanding & we will be going back, Highly recommended the Cyprus lamb.
