Lovely venue. Manager made us feel very welcome. Limited choice on Frunch menu, but they could make minor dietary adjustments on the selected dishes.

The dining area is much too noisy, may be no sound adsorption material in the restaurant decoration !

It was great! We enjoyed it a lot. We didn’t know that there was a special menu for the restaurant week. It turned out to be a good experience. The only thing that was not so good is that the beef ( butcher’s cut) was a bit burnt on the outside. It still tasted good, but the smell was slightly unpleasant, and it was not as good as the one we had in the previous visit. The overall experience was still great.

Third time we have gone and the food, service, and ambience continue to be top notch. Our service provider was charismatic, charming and fun as always and my family can’t wait to go back for more meatballs, tagliatelle, and veal.

The only little flaw for the evening is the Spaghetti Vongole was pretty salty. Nonetheless we still ate it all. Service and food is great for a fun evening. One more note is somehow your(Quandoo) site only presented my First name to Pirata. When my friends arrived and asked for Mrs Gordon, Pirata kept saying they did not have the reservation. So it was silly.

I went with 2 of my friends and it was the perfect spot for a friendly dinner. The food was great, the staff friendly, and the vibe was good.

The food was, very good, as usual. The service is usually quite good, however, on this occasion, was terrible. The waiter didn’t know how to pour wine and spilled it on the table. After seeing he had spilled it on the table he made no effort to clean it, he just left it there. I had to ask another waiter to clean it. Later, after waiting about 20 minutes for someone to clear the dishes away and bring the next course, I decided just to leave the table and move to the bar. At that point the manager came over and asked if we were finished with dinner and I said we moved to the bar because we hadn’t seen our waiter in more than half an hour. The manager said that the waiter had gone home. My impression is that the large groups that were at the restaurant got all the attention and the smaller tables were generally ignored. If this is indicative of service at Pirata now (I have gone more than 20 times), I will not be rushing back.

Romantically dark and cozy restaurant with an attentive staff. My date was charmed by the ambience and wowed by the cuisine. A fine collection of wines and spirits is available to complement your meal.

The food is yummy, i like the parma ham and cheese a lot. It is a great environment to dine for friends gathering! Recommend for all.

Ordered appetizers and main course. Everything other than the asparagus flan was good but not AMAZING! Asparagus flan is Amaze balls!!!! Dessert was horrible and panacotta topped with what seemed like processed raspberry jam.

The service is amazing, they have good quality products and nice recipes. The decor is great with a loft inspiration all in metal and wood with great ambient lights and nice atmosphere. A bonus ? Gluten free pasta available as well as... bread which is very rare especially in hk

Very good all round service, food and wine at Sunday Brunch. Great value we will defiantly go back for a casual lunch, evening meal or celebration with a group.

Delicious food, reasonably priced, friendly efficient staff, great atmosphere. Have been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Trying to think of a reason to return for another brunch very soon!

Pirata is always consistently good, my ravioli were perfect, but most of all, I liked that although we lingered over lunch there was no pressure to move on.

The weekend free-flow brunch package is value for money! Excellent service by the waiting staff and a great selection of food! Perfect destination for a birthday celebration!

Had an amazing bday dinner at Pirata! Food was good, especially the T bone. Staff was really friendly and I was even given a cute bday card with a Polaroid of us, and a cash coupon!

The food is always enjoyable and a reasonable price for Hong Kong, we ordered several items to share among three of us, atmosphere is very pleasant, the service though is exceptional. One of our favourites.

Too crowded downstairs, brunch food needs improvement, I.e. salad veg is not fresh, dessert portion is too small. Some of the dishes are nice like the asparagus flan.
