Food not nice and not as much as they've advertised Limited seafood is not true there were no seafood as all Verything is very limited that is not a buffer as all will not come back not happy not recommend

Several problems. Booked for six people and showed to a table for ten. We couldn’t swap because all the other tables were booked. Couldn’t get thru the waiters head that when the group of ten people arrived they wouldn’t fit on the other table. Finally sat where we chose. Asked who to order drinks from A person in a red shirt please . First red shirt couldn’t understand English but did take us to somebody who helped Ordered our drinks. The bar drinks were delivered in arrived in a reasonable time but after repeatedly asking for the bottle of water we had requested it finally arrived almost an hour later Some of the food was fairly cold and some of it was tasteless. All in all very disappointed

Limited option.most food tray are empty and long waiting on live pizza and pasta.section.

Sunday rates are way too much high. $35 weekday and $50 weekends have big difference.

fresh seafood, very good variety of foods, great service, well priced. somewhere for the kids to play would be a good addition so they are not running through the restaurant. overall very nice experience.

Quality of food was very average. To much Asian/Indian variety’s. Need a carvery section. Felt like it was over priced for what it is. Unfortunately wheelers hill was much better and prob won’t return to this location again.

First time eating there and the food was amazing. Our family loved it. The staff was good and friendly, always came to check if we were ok and if we needed anything! The restaurant is worth your money! Thank you. We will definitely be back.

The waiters/waitresses and cooks at each station were lovely. Thank you for coming to our tables and clearing our plates with a smile. However, the food itself was pretty average, when you consider they charge $50 per person. And we didn't really enjoy the seating arrangement, which gave us no privacy from other tables. The place almost has a shopping centre cafeteria feel, rather than an intimate restaurant feel.

The worst buffet that I have ever been to. Very small selection, food served was awful-pasta station served a carbonara that was full of oil. Chef was making chicken & sweetcorn soup-ala MAGGI powder. Noodles gluey and stuck together with a plastic spoon to serve. Dessert station-saw the person dishing out Tiramisu using his finger to scrape it off the serving spoon. Where did they get the pictures for their advertising, as their food resembled nothing of the sort. Even over heard staff saying that it was busier last week!! No wonder it wasn’t busy with that quality of food. This should be a goldmine. But we went away hungry and $117.00 lighter

Not worth it for your money. The quality of food has definitely decreased.

New restaurant, food was great! Service was great but a tad unorganised as food still being cooked and or layed out for the buffet... The food got cold quick too - not sure the food warmers were turned on... Otherwise worth the money.

30 -45 mins wait for them to clear tables for us

Food is not as good as previous location, not clean, floors are slippery, layout is not good. Very disappointed. Used to go every fortnight in wheelers Hill location. Won't be going again to the Springvale one.

Highly recommend this place to everyone. Beautiful food and the atmosphere was amazing. Definetly will be back again soon. Love it!

The staff were very disorganized and took about 20 minutes to get seated. The food is average. I wouldn't say it's worth the money.

Hot dishes ran out , should b on the ball to refill them, however i do understand it was exceptionally busy today ,overall good

Great restaurant with good food and good vibes. One of the better all you can eat buffets with friendly staff. Only downside is the space and table arrangements could of been better. The food area was abit tight and if your not careful with the plates you can bump someone and drop a plate.

Maybe it was because of mothers day the following day ... but it was absolute chaos !! ... we had booked for 7.30pm for18 of us , but still had to wait for a good 30 mins to get to our table . The food was good but they were having trouble keeping on top of it . Some of the other diners were so unbelievably rude , they had no concept of being in a que , just pushing in where they feel like , the layout may need to be re-worked to combat this . As for the staff 10/10 . They done a stellar job , but there was one gentleman who was micromanaging each bill , the other staff had it handled , but he just was so persistent and he was getting it wrong , which in turn was getting everyone annoyed , he needs to step back , the staff have it under control , I think he was the reason everyone had to wait . To be honest I probably won't be back in any great rush

We went been there first time on grand opened. Looks great hot food dishes and service. My 2 daughters love pizza delicious. But one disappointed is ice cream is not available. Desserts is small place people line up too crowded next who people seat. but a bit mess up some cakes properly. Please need fix more space place and neat properly look nice cakes better.

fantastic salads, seafood and sushi bar and tepinyaki freshly cooked was delicious

Egg shell in rice, one dessert to choose from. Most dishes had one serve left and weren’t fresh, all leftovers. Ridiculous joke.

Food choice wasn’t as good as it used to be when Paesano was located in wheelers hill. Prawns weren’t fresh. Desert choices were very very limited.
