Used to be better when it was at the old venue. The quality and selection reduced once it moved to this location.

Wait staff and sushi chef were great. However everything else was a big let down. Food was not worth $39pp. Desset buffet was a joke, selection of antipasto options almost none, they served kabana sausage and one other type of salami. It is clear owners are trying to cut cost. This was first and last time we came here.

Food was very delicious and fresh and we where able to move to a table of of the sun which was nice and the staff where friendly however could of asked us sooner if there was anything else we wanted to drink. The water was cold and tasted very nice. Overall had a great time and would come back again.

Not much varieties to choose, the oysters are not really fresh, asked cook to get roasted beef, got fat burned piece, ordered one serve of grilled calamari，only gave me 2 pieces like cat food. All the Chinese and Indian cooked food are very oily and heavy. I would like to give zero star if i could. Never go back again.

It was our first time at Paesano Buffet Springvale on Valentines night. Went in there with the whole family. I like the food but what I didn’t like is we basically got kicked out of the place by 7 pm the waiter who told us to go as they need the table straight away. I looked around and there plenty of empty tables. It was very rude as I’m still eating dessert at that time. So I left the food at the table. I didn’t enjoy the experience at all and will never go back to this place ever again.

Paesanos was great and clean. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The staff was also lovely and helpful too.

This was great experience, too much to eat and service is very good, every service person deals their dinners as their family member. Highly recommend, I will go back.

i don't think i will go back there again due the foods choices very limited, really disappointed on my birthday celebration. the first time i been this restaurant was on ferntree gully road, is was so good and very good with choices. unfortunately after moved to springvale, the standard of foods was down...compare the price and choices China Bar better.

We used to go to Paesano when its in Ferntree Gully still,its was bright and clean and food is superb,now its no way near it... What happened?The vibe is dull,something is missing....

3 of us had dinner on Sunday the 12 jan booking was spot on as far as food there was not enough choice what we paid.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and welcoming! Plates cleared away promptly. Good variety buffet and food stations, unfortunately not much in the way of Vegan options. Ideal for families although they should offer a Senior's discount. Value for money only if you are a big eater. Went to celebrate a birthday and the guest of honour was given a free birthday meal which was a pleasant surprise.
