Paesano International Buffet - Springvale

The staff and managment were very organised. There was definately a range of dishes, they were all delicious.

Not really a buffet, more of a quick bite of some warmed up leftovers. Vastly limited selection, no ruffage (salad?), no dessert other than self serve fake ice cream? Two suggestions: if your going to do a paired down lunch buffet, at MINIMUM offer some basic lettuce and at least one dressing. I have never been to a place that advertises as a buffet that didn't have dessert. At minimum, how hard /expensive would it be to slice up a few types of fruit and put it out? That would at least make it look like you tried...

My husband and I fitness food poisoning from the calamari not being cooked properly. We could smell the calamity having a weird smell. Got home and we were both sick. After that we won’t be coming back again

Great staff and food however the metal guard above the food was a little low and my girlfriend hit her head :-(

Perfect. Only thing I'd pick, which didn't bother me at all, was that the air was smokey (probably from the pizza oven) which could be an issue for some people. Maybe need to up the vent system. Otherwise - Perfect😀

While we think the new concept of ordering food is gd as it reduces wastage when food is precooked, however, we did not feel that the food is worth the money spent. The overall quality seemed v mediocre and it has no aesthetic appeal to our appetite. For instance, the sushi served is v lacking in appeal n there is v little left n not much. The pasta stand does not seem to be existing when you didn’t see any pasta there. And we missed ordering the Tandori as we did not see any sign that there’s Tandori! We prefer the Okami buffet style where food is ordered and served at the table hot with great appeal. There is much room for further improvement.

Service initially was good,as soon it got busy, we were invisible there for staff Asked 3 different staff for one beer Took ages. This was not like passano like wheelers hill

service was good but people were waiting for food coz it hadn’t been refilled . That was pretty disappointing for a buffet.

Pizza, steak, all of food on bain marie, sushi... desert are all fail. Customer service no good.

Too much salt in most of the food Staff were helpful

The bad: broken heating, our party of 16 were shivering and could see our own breath as we talked and breathed because it was freezing! Asked the staffs to turn down the aircon only to find out that it was broken about an hour later. However, management did make it up to us by giving drinks on the house, which was much appreciated. Drinks service were terribly slow, but we could tell it was due to the huge influx of customers during peak dinner service. Customer service was a little subpar, probably due to stress. The good: A wide range of food, fresh made-to-order teppanyaki, pizzas and other things! Beautiful modern interior with lots of nice lighting. Management handling of our complaint regarding the aircon.

Nice variety of Indian, Italian, Malaysian and Japanese. Pizza was not salty. Other than that food was fantastic. Ambience was perfect for family lunch..

It was awful, when asked if the lasagna was vegetarian they Said yes, but after eating we found it had meat in it, when paying they overcharged us then when I told the website said $29 why it’s $50 they tried to argue that it’s only on weekends not on weekends but the website didn’t say that, never go again.

I’m very appreciative of customer service but food quality was cheap and like a food court.

We have been going to the previous Paessano International buffet but this one didn't meet up with the standard especially on the food variety. Good ambience though

The food was of the lowest standard I have endured especially for a $50 a head price. The quality of the food was awful. The plates and cutlery were not even cleaned properly. We will never return to this restaurant.

Food was great quality but overpriced for what you get. For the same or cheaper price you can get same quality, variety and table service at many other restaurants. Unless you are a ridiculously big eater not worth it.

Variety is not as broad as the last one. Quality of food is not as it used to. Some food too salty. Roast lamb is dry and tough. Roast pork have a burnt taste. Rogan Josh doesn't look or taste like it. Too much addictives, really thirsty afterwards.

Was grate and friendly will go again can't wait .
