Organica - Concord

Pizza oven had been broken for 6 days and still not fixed, very poor range of cakes left. One staff member told us the cakes were sold out and another staff member told us management were cutting down on staff and therefore no one to make cakes. The service was not as good as previously

Good range of seating with nice pastries and food options. Great for coffee and snacks or brekkie

The service was amazing and the food was absolutely spectacular.

Choice of food was good. Standard of food we ordered was great and portion size of meals was perfect.

Lunch catchup with old friends after a LONG time, and Organica never disappoints, well me anyway. Coffee was really nice and the “All Day Breakfast” is a great option. Friendly and efficient staff make the experience you want - catching up with friends. Always recommended. Cheers 🥂

Food lovely. Service good. When it came to payment lady could have been little friendly. We paid and she walked away. No thank you or any acknowledgment.

It’s a busy place. The inside was very noisy, so we changed our seat to outside. The coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm although I did mention that I prefer the hot chocolate to be extra hot. The staff willingly provided me with another hot chocolate. The wait staff were very courteous and trying their best. The food were excellent.

Menu has changed since last time. Now npt as good. Prices are to high and the worst of all.... THE FLYS, everywhere! Could not go 30 seconds without swatting a fly away. And when I advised staff they giggled and said "yeah". Pretty disappointed

- buzzing environment - service was prompt - acai smoothie needed more açai in it, tasted more banana - baked eggs had good spice, better if less watery - bacon & egg roll was good - cheese toastie was ok, better if had stringy melted cheese - pancakes was ok, prefer handmade thick butterscotch sauce (rather than maple syrup)

Food was fantastic.. but we felt the service was atrocious. Had to ask 4 times for water glasses to be refilled. The mains arrived before the entree. Service staff ignored us and lacked the ability to communicate simple messages. Really disappointing experience for a friend's special birthday dinner. Likely won't return.

We were a party of 8 all with differing tastes and preferences and everyone was really happy with the menu options and delighted with their meals - in size, taste and value for money and it was so great to be able to all pay our seperate amounts. We were all very impressed and will come back!!

2 of the 4 meals were cold on service. The male and female wait staff were totally devoid of a personality. Good luck

Generally, wonderful. My only complaint is that we were VERY close to the kitchen, which was quite noisy. Nevertheless, it was a delicious meal with fast efficient service. Thankyou

Loved the food, great portion sizes. Friendly efficient staff. Only downfall was that the noise level was INTENSE which made it not as enjoyable.

Overall is great. Though we had to attract attention of waitresses couple times. Also when I booked online I wrote it was my wife’s birthday so I was expecting little surprise from the staff. I had to ask in front of my family - no surprise.

Service, food very nice and reasonably priced. The only downside is that it is rather noisy when trying to have a conversation, other than that, great restaurant and will definitely dine there again.

Food was cold. Starter and main came out together. Wait staff were non attentive and when we asked for water it was slammed down on the table and waiter walked off. Was wanting to try it for so long however will not bother going back. Terrible experience.

Some of the food options were very bland while others were extremely coated in flavour e.g. too lemon-y. There weren't any items that stood out - they were all okay.

Exceptional service and fantastic fresh meals beautifully presented. The staff were really friendly and very professional. They looked like they loved their jobs and wanted to be there !!!!! Great portions, variety of food and amazing desserts and cakes. The music was a little loud but the staff were very obliging to turn it down to enable conversation. Will definitely return. This one's a winner !!!!!
