Food and service was excellent It was also fresh and delicious to eat

All the food was good except the teriyaki chicken, it's obviously some coles rost chicken re heated with teriyaki sauce on top which is disgusting. Everything else is so good, why would you do this. It makes no sense.

This time we went for my daughter’s birthday. High quality food and excellent service as always! Keep the good work going!

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Okami Wantirna. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was exceptional.

We had to wait for some of our food for over half an hour. We felt bad but had to say something to the wait staff about it. The tables next to us experienced the same thing. They were pumping out food for bigger tables quite well but us smaller groups of 2 seemed to be neglected a bit. This is strange as we normally have no issues at Okami and have a great experience. This was disappointing.

The food was amazing. The service was great. Price- Perfect.

We enjoyed our dinner but feel as the quality of food has dropped a bit. The vegetable karaage was too oily, couldn’t taste the vegetables. The chicken karaage was oily as well and the thin teriyaki beef was fatty too. The plates of endame was too small, you used to give more with this order. The other meals were fine, but it didn’t feel the same as we have enjoyed before.

We older ladies had to have a couple of lessons on the new-fangled ordering system, but we got the hang of it! Thank you for another lovely meal.

The service was fast and friendly. Our server took the time to make sure we understood the iPad ordering process, and checked in periodically, which was really lovely. The food was hot and fresh, and very flavourful.

The new menu is fantastic, and the ability to order small or large portions of each dish is great. Only thing with this particular restaurant is that it is not very accessible for those with wheelchairs or walking disabilities as there is a step to get in to the restaurant, and the bathrooms are upstairs via a VERY difficult to navigate staircase.

Prices are good ! Foods are good but Sashmi not much

I'm a hard working woman and I do not like being rushed with a big group and they way to pay was hard. Why can't it be paid half cash half card? I'm a business lady. Do your business correctly. Great food though. Always great. Thanks. Love to you.

A little noisy and small space, but overall no issues with anything.

one big group were quite noisy but that oblong tables for you. We always have a good feed. The waiting staff work so hard carrying big trays down flights of stairs

As always great food great service and but for the noise it is a great experience. Upstairs is quieter but don’t get to choose where you are seated.
