The food was delicious and fresh, service was very quick.

This is my favorite Japanese buffet restaurant for our family both simple lunch or dinner and special occasion. Good food and super friendly services.

Delays experienced in food arriving and had to request follow up at least twice on two separate occassions. One of the meals delivered (beef teriyaki) was almost cold. Otherwise food was nice, but would consider another restaurant in future due to delays in food delivery etc. Staff were very nice and polite but showed little interest in how we were enjoying the meal.

Great location. Plenty of seating and parking close to the restaurant.

No more servers to take your order but instead order what you like and when you like via the tablet. Food quality has dropped. Too much seasoning and feeling super thirsty after leaving the restaurant. No background music.

I absolutely love this Okarmi and love coming here as a treat with my dad. Due being on the mailing list, I was able to get 2 free glasses of wine simply for them having me on the mailing list and knowing it was my birthday in this month

Our dining experience was ruined unfortunately by a simple mistake. We were given an iPad that was ordering for a different table, so we waited over a hour for this to be resolved and actually receive any food. However once we got our food it was delicious and quick.

This place is always a treat. It’s our favourite place for date night. Atmosphere is always great and staff are always so efficient and attentive. Value for money is what you make it considering it’s all you can eat for set price. Order to your table and dishes come out fresh hot and delicious. Sushi platters are my fave

Great food as always. Small portions so forever ordering. 6 pieces for a table of 7-8 doesn't work. Upstairs is now way too crowded and you are almost sharing your table with strangers

The food and drinks were amazing. The service was a little slow due to the packed restaurant. Staff were very responsive when you told the you were missing food. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

Very happy, foods are served very quickly and staff are very nice.

Unfortunately, compare to the other branches, this branch is too slow. I ordered fried rice and steak. They served rice and after about 15 min they served the steak. The rice got cold by the time they brought the steak

Food was delicious and fantastic flavours, fantastic and fast service .

It was way too busy, and the staff tried their best but couldn’t keep up with the orders. Food was okay but most of the things we ordered never arrived

Could not fault the food and service,but the chairs were very uncomfortable and the table would have benefited from a “lazy Susan “, in order for us to share our food. No notice given that they don’t or won’t split the bill too!
