Loved the food but it feels like you have to keeps ordering because of the smaller portions they are now giving. Food is always delicious.

Great food as always. Small portions so forever ordering. 6 pieces for a table of 7-8 doesn't work. Upstairs is now way too crowded and you are almost sharing your table with strangers

Delicious food, great service, well worth it , it was our 2nd visit for dinner one of our favourite restaurants

The food and drinks were amazing. The service was a little slow due to the packed restaurant. Staff were very responsive when you told the you were missing food. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

Very happy, foods are served very quickly and staff are very nice.

Unfortunately, compare to the other branches, this branch is too slow. I ordered fried rice and steak. They served rice and after about 15 min they served the steak. The rice got cold by the time they brought the steak

It was way too busy, and the staff tried their best but couldn’t keep up with the orders. Food was okay but most of the things we ordered never arrived

Could not fault the food and service,but the chairs were very uncomfortable and the table would have benefited from a “lazy Susan “, in order for us to share our food. No notice given that they don’t or won’t split the bill too!

Great restaurant, good value for money. The food was absolutely amazing and fresh and good quality. Just a little noisy very busy. The staff were absolutely wonderful so friendly great time will definitely come back

Had to remind them as 2 of the dishes didn’t arrive otherwise good service all round. Too much sauce on the steaks. Portion sizes getting smaller. They could save more food waste by being a little more flexible i.e option of not having fake crab sushi on sushi platter or not having pumpkin fitter on same platter with prawn fritters, etc.

As our table didn’t have a tablet, same orders arrived multiple times. Otherwise all good

I didn't check my bill, but I didn't think my free meal offer which I made the booking with wasn't acknowledged in my bill.

Food was good, I have been to Japan before and this is close to the food that is served over there. The service was incredibly fast.

Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming especially the woman who greeted and served my table. We went for my birthday and she was so delightful in explaining the drinks menu and ensuring we had a great night out. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

One of the children started to feel unwell soon after our arrival. The child didn't consume any food apart from a little Miso soup. We unfortunately had to leave & the staff gave us containers to pack the food that had arrived thus far (3 dishes) to take home. When it came to paying we were charged the full price, considering one child basically didn't eat & the rest of us (two people) hardly ate anything I would have expected this reflected in the bill. When questioned, the staff member's reply was that they hadn't charged us for the dishes that were ordered & promptly cancelled (by us) before being made and brought out, once the child became unwell. We had visited this restaurant on numerous occasions but were disappointed with this inflexible and inconsiderate treatment.
