Great service but very noisy and bit squash at table need more round tables . Will go upstairs next.time or get round table at front

Food was excellent so much variety friendly staff and plenty of room at table no5 too noisy in restaurant.early sitting great as You are so full plenty of time for it to settle before bed

The food was great and the service and fast and friendly. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend the squid and the raw beef and also the sushi and sashimi platter

Food is good ,service is good.the staff are friendliy and the food is good.if you order right you dont wait between courses.The prawns were fresh .

Tbh, tempera wasn’t as good as before. Some dishes are too strong in flavour. Nevertheless, some dishes, especially the ice-creams, are good and is valued at this price.

True all you can eat and the quality is excellent. The venue was loud but it was full up. Great service. Staff were very busy but they kept up and smiled.

Fast service, food was delivered extremely quickly and wait staff were very attentive in taking further orders and clearing tables. Serving sizes were generous with food and drinks and restaurant was fitted out nicely. A+ for having children plates and cutlery, kids friendly. Love it!

It was ok. Steak was very chewy, like rubber. I only tried 6 different dishes cos some of them (looking at the menu) didn't look appealing. Loved the ice-cream. Shame no split-bills. Makes it hard to pay.

Excellent food. Service was quick and efficient. Everything we ordered was well cooked and delicious. Especially liked the miso eggplant and the teriyaki and miso beef.

Enjoyable, since we discovered Okami we have stopped going to our regular Japanese restaurant. Okami is friendly value for money and most importantly fresh. Sometimes the dishes are missed but overall it does not dissappoint. Highly recommend

It was excellent. Service is now more efficient than before.

Stuck upstairs in the over flow area. Service was abysmal! Sorry excuse of not enough staff didn’t cut the mustard. Downstairs was a completely different experience. The manager didn’t ever come upstairs to see how bad it was. That is poor managerial practice at best!

It is always enjoyable eating here and you are always assured of good fast service and the food always presented well and very yummy. There is always a good selection to choose from

Food is really good with plenty of variety, however on the night we were there, it was really busy and the acoustics made it very difficult to even hear the person next to you. Apart from that, the food quality makes it worthwhile so its good if you just want to eat and don't really want to have a conversation.

Teriyaki beef’s cut too small, not much sashimi, sushi is ok, green tea ice cream is good.

We arrived in time for our reservation but were left waiting at the door while others walked past, the staff member would come and go and eventually, after I complained we were shown to our table that had been sitting there empty all this time, I explained that we understand you are busy but you still need to attend to the front of house, great food but dishes ordered earlier didn't arrive

Yummy clean fresh food. Great variety. clear allergy lables. efficient staff. Downside dosnt splitbill and loud atmosphere ( i guess everyone is just happy to be there)

Good variety of Entrees and Main Courses. Well presented and very tasty. Service was friendly and helpful and considering how busy it was we did not have long to wait for our orders.

We found about Okami from an article in The Age last week ... so we went today and enjoyed it. Food was fresh and good flavour, service was slick and friendly. Only problem is that with the large patronage, it is quite noisy ... I suppose that this is a price for popularity! Well done.

Good value for all you can eat. Good location at the shopping centre. Plenty parking space around. Nice service and friendly staff without too much hazzle.

We went for the all you can eat option, and our party of 6 enjoyed every dish. Also very friendly service and food was enjoyable.

There was enough variety to satisfy even the most fussy of diners, my grand-daughter who was hesitant at the start, but soon dug in with the rest of us.

The foods are absolutely fantastic and clean and delicious. Most of staffs are very helpful, girls are in particular. Only one thing made us a bit uncomfortable is there is time limitation- 2 hours eating time . So this restaurant is only for the meal but not for socialising.

Went with an open mind and found the flavours exciting and refreshing much lighter than Chinese cuisine great value for money (we had the all you could eat),recommended but not too load as we don't want to eat with a big crowd. Cheers.

The food is great. You don't have to wait long for it to arrive. Staff are friendly and attentive. Would recommend it as a casual dining experience.

Quick and Tasty looking food. Cheap prices and lots of menu option available to customers. Lots of free parking spaces nearby as well. Warm and cozy.

Fantastic service and value for money. Great atmosphere but remember to book at peak times. Absolutely recommended - the katsu chicken is divine as is the spring rolls.

Very good , food and service, it's my 4th visit, and never disappointed. Kids love the food and I can take my favourite wine . For me it's the best local restaurant and a walking distance. Comfortable low chairs and tables. Reasonably priced.

The restaurant is small but the staff is very responsive. Food came out fast, except for near the end where we were full and food were still coming out (which was kinda our fault for ordering too much). It would be nice if the sushi can be ordered in items, since we don’t usually like everything on the platter.

The food was delicious We went with a group of 11 after work on Friday. Everyone had a great time and we left very satisfied. I am pretty sure we will be back.

Always a good meal at Okami but it was very noisy this time which detracted from the experience a little. Maybe it was just a lot of loud diners this round. :-)

Have been going to Okami for a while now, my last experience was the worse .. waiters took forever to bring food, they had forgotten to bring food out , took ages to re-order. Then told our time was up, yet no where was it mentioned a 2hr limit specially when 30 mins of it we were waiting for service !
