The discount for seniors always make it cost effective and its 15mins from my home. Food is always served quick but some dishes could be warmer/hotter eg: PRAWN GYOZA.

We went to okami for my husbands 60 the birthday. Thirteen people I wasn't sure how it was going to go with so many people but we weren't disappointed. Food and service was fantastic.

They don't serve sashimi by itself, you have to order with nigiri and this fills you up a lot faster.

I always enjoy coming to this place. It’s fast food, very filling, cost effective etc. the staff are always helpful and lovely if you actually have a conversation with them and the area is clean and well set up. They even provide forks for us non chop stick peeps!

Absolutely loved how Okami organised ordering. Great menu with the pictures of everything you are about to taste and that portion-adjusting trick (you wanted to share meals, right?). Order was taken quickly, and there was literally no waiting time before the food started to come. We ordered A LOT and enjoyed our dinner to the last bit (no leftovers, no waste). Compliments to the chef. Will come here again soon.

We were with someone who had a peanut allergy. Unfortunately the only item on the menu that had nuts in it was fried in the main deep fryer so it excluded our guest from having anything deep fried, which is over half the menu.

Nice friendly staff. It took far too long to receive our dishes. Others came in 35mins after ya and within 10mins would have had 5 plus dishes on their table. We even had the table next to us embarrassed at how much food was coming out to them and not us. I complained several times and the staff did apologise and tried to follow it up. The food was average. Not very tasteful. The chicken skewer didn’t even taste like chicken. Had a chemical flavour so didn’t eat. Some dishes were ok, but nothing great. I think it is overpriced for the quality. But based on the experience and the food quality I wouldn’t be going back.

Food and service is excellent. Its our second visit in 4 weeks BUT the echo in the restaurant makes having a conversation challenging.

Food was not as good as before but still value for money

The only downfall in the experience was that majority of the cooked dishes we ordered arrived at the table slightly cold. On one hand, I can understand given it was almost a full house, however as it is an all you can eat environment, you would assume the kitchen would be better prepared. Nonetheless, for the price of the evening the food tasted great, the wait times for food arriving was not overly long, and the service from staff was fantastic. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks for a great night.
